I've been traveling all over northeast, and this store is one of the stores with best hospitality and cleanliness, among to other McDonald's I've been to (NYC, NJ, MA, MN, VA, PA etc) so lucky this is in Clifton Park!

Heather and he co-workers were very kind! The place was spotless, and the food came out in a timely manner! We will be back❤💯

Stopped in for the first time in a long time. Got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. VERY yummy. Great childhood memories!

The management was great and super accommodating for our large group of preteen travel group

The people with the negative comments on here must be confusing the other trash McDonald’s to this one. The McDonald’s that never have soda is by Valero. THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS IN CLIFTON PARK‼‼ Idc what anyone says. I live off exit 8 and literally drive 10 mins (passing two McDonald’s) just to come to this one. My order is never wrong when I come here. NEVER WRONG. My fries are always hot. I use to ask but I don’t need to mention anything my food is always fresh. Idk who is the manager here but you need all need a raise and should teach the other McDonald employees at the other locations. . I know everyone tries their best but the customer service at the other location is just very rude. They don’t care if your order is messed up. Managers argue with you when they mess up their order but I have never had a problem with this McDonald’s at all. Seriously appreciate you guys. Keep up with the great work !!!! We notice you guys and appreciate you !! I will def been calling corporate and letting them know how amazing you all are!

The most updated, well-run McDonald's I've ever been to. My son enjoyed playing with other kids at the indoor playground. The tables, seats, & floor around the playground could use more frequent cleaning.

(The only disappointment was lack of variety in Happy Meal Elements toys. My son wanted the orange Ember Scooter or any one other than the one he got before.)

The one thing my son prefers about Wendy's is cheese fries. If only McD had cheese fries.

This morning was going rough for me, so I stopped off at this McDonald's location, #146. Jasmine, who as working the counter, greeted me with an authentic greeting and very kind words and thoughts. It changed my day for the better! That's what simple quality customer service can do! Kudos for flipping the script on my day and being a kind, smiling face!

I love all McDonald’s but this one always stands above the others. Friendly prompt staff, clean dining area and the food is always fresh

We arrived late as we had been traveling and it was almost time for the dining room to close but the staff let us in with our kids and allowed us to stay and kept reassuring us it was no problem for the kids to finish eating as they prepared to close and clean up.

Nice having a Play Place for the kids, wish one was closer to my house. Its 30 mins away. Drive past 4 McDonald's just to get a Play Place

All I gotta say best 3 years working here with everyone they were super nice and very kind and especially very helpful when u needed it lol, everyone was a family to me and still forever be!! I had lots of fun working with everyone and becoming very close to each and one of you! For sure going to miss the memories!!!!!

This McDonald's was busy and they found a way to take everybody's orders through the drive-thru and even got our order right, and did it in such a great friendly manner.

The drive thru, staff were phenomenal! Kind, attentive and did their job excellent! The food was good and hot. Again, staff was above and beyond! Kudos!!

This Mickey D's is crazy busy, but they always serve my orders hot and ASAP. If there's ever been a mistake, they quickly took care of it. No attitude given. Much appreciated.

I was on my way home from work on 4/23 and swung my this McDonald’s whoever was working drive thru was amazing. He had my order perfect and also made my day so much better. I hope he gets some appreciation somehow. Thank you!

The coffee was fresh, which is rarely the case at any McDonald's unless you go early in the morning or sometimes noon time. I was there around noon.

I've been up late the past few months and when I do not quite feel up to cooking a meal and just want to scarf down some food there really aren't too many places that are open after 1am in the area.

Thankfully however, this McDonald's franchise location is 24hr! Over the course of a few months I've gone through the drive through lane, each time greeted with an upbeat Welcome following throughout a positive experience.

I do tend to be selective as to whom I review and my hope in writing this would simply be to at the very least raise awareness to the owner and management as to the staff here have repeatedly both delivered a polite attitude, accuracy and efficiency of completing my order (hot, fresh and not just carelessly thrown together) Great job, if there are any rewards for performance the night crew here all deserve it.

Hospitality on point and the cashier tonight was very polite with a positive attitude. Wouldn't mind seeing her again 1st person to give me a positive remark about my tattoos since I came to town for training 🤣👍🤙✌

Just left their drive-through 08/05 order #1426.

Asked for fries without salt. I could tell that they went from the basket right into my bag, most places toss it in their Salter but don't salt it.. but there's salt already in the Salter! Thanks so much for not doing this.

What made me write this review was how CRAZY GOOD the cheeseburgers tasted. I like a good 60-70% mustard the rest ketchup. Seemed like these were just the way I like em!

And also the sandwiches seemed like someone actually cares about ingredient placement and presentation. I didn't munch through a mound of minced onions in the center like other locations.

Whoever was on the grill tonight let me know when you're workin again so I can get it made right ! This is the McDonald's you want to stop at.
