Makayla helped me out yesterday with providing information on Samsung, providing me quotes to reduce my monthly bill, and setting up my new phone. She did all this in less than one hour. I'm a very happy customer!

I visited to upgrade our phone on March 13, 2024. Samantha and Colin were really helpful and offered very reasonable prices. Despite being new to training, Samantha is doing a great job. Thank you.

Went in today and Conor helped me. What a friendly and helpful same person. He was kid. And patient and answered all of my questions. I truly felt well taken care of with Conor as I was dreading going in to get a new phone. Like I said he explained everything and was extremely helpful. Glad I was able to upgrade with him and it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Conor.

I was at this store yesterday for moving my files, etc. to a new Iphone 14. Brandon the employee who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me the process required to get my new phone operating and my old phone erased. I am very pleased with the service provided by this dedicated Verizon employee.

Stopped in shortly after opening on a Saturday morning to pick up a new case for my phone. Store was quiet so there were a few employees hanging around. Didn't see the style of case I was looking for so I grabbed something different, but one of the employees overheard and ran to the back saying they had what I was looking for. Appreciated the friendly staff and help quickly finding me what I needed.

Excellent customer service. I had purchased a phone from a website misrepresenting itself and was sent a brand new pixel 6 and an incompatible sim card. After attempting to set my phone up for hours today I finally gave up and decided to switch to Verizon. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the store until 10 minutes before they closed. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was literally at the end of my wits end and thankfully I got a very friendly staff member. Best part was I walked out the door and was in my car by the time they closed. If I could I would give 10 stars.

I had an unusual request and my rep (Kristen) did a fantastic job. She genuinely appreciated my business and went out of her way to ensure I got the best price. They have a great selection of both phones and accessories and the phone I wanted was in stock. The store is roomy, has functioning displays, and comfortable seating, which is important, because it is very busy. I did have to wait a good thirty minutes between check in and meeting Kristen, which was expected. However, the host was good about updating me every few minutes as to where I was in line and how long I could expect to wait.

I am 34 years old almost and I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years, another outstanding sale and customer service with out the pitches! My thanks for walking in and out with a new Samsung Z Fold 4. They Have a bench now.

The staff is awesome. Reed took care of my issue in seconds after my arrival. He was knowledgeable professional courteous and pleasant. Best experience I ever had in a cell phone store. Highly recommend.

I can’t express how happy I am that I stopped in to this store today. After a bad experience at another Verizon store, I was able to get great customer service here. Higor was respectful, explained all of my options, and gave straightforward opinions. I ended up needing to buy a new phone, but I am very comfortable with the sales experience here.

The Clifton Park store is the best. Customer service is above and beyond. I'm a crazy lady and they were so nice to me. The Mohawk Commons store now sucks on my list and I will never go there again. The were unwilling to help me or change out my screen protector bc it had bubble and being a corporate store they could have. The girl was rude no manager came to help and another associate next to her said nothing. She refused to change it saying that store doesn't put screen protectors on curved screens. Find out from a friend she had hers put on there. I'm sending I formal complaint about that store. Since she refused to change it and it had huge air bubble along side it cracked and then I have to pay shipping to get new one. This made me change my phone in CP and they were amazing.

They did a great job helping me out today. Had me in and out of there quickly. The store is set up in a very safe manner. Good job all around!

I've been going to the store for years. I've never had a bit of trouble. the service has always been excellent , and the employees have always treated me very good. I would recommend this facility to everyone

Did an instore pickup. Fast friendly and secure all at the same time. They verified my id and handed my phone and id back at the same time at once.

This Verizon Store was very helpful and friendly. I was given incorrect information at the Freeman's Bridge store. Brie at this store was able get me the correct information quickly. This is also a company owned store where the FB store is not. The CP store also has a much larger iinventory. I suggest driving the extra 10 minutes to Clifton Park and getting things right the first time.

They were successfully able to convince me to change from Sprint to Verizon wireless network! Kristen was an excellent help and made the choice of switching so much easier!

Got in and out quickly. This location has decent inventory and friendly, competent staff. It is my wife's favorite "toy" store.
