Shoe Carnival

Quick and easy shopping the store. Was able to find shoes for my son no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will go back.

I really like this place I went there to get my son some uniform shoes for private school and they had just what I was looking for and they are comfortable I might add
.The sale was going buy one get one half off so I chose to get a different pair as well

Tons of shoes for anyone and a huge selection of different types off shoes. Isles were a bit cramped and cluttered but the whole store was packed with shoes. Reasonable prices on name brands and a decent sized clearance sections so go ahead and grab an extra pair. Employees were nice and helpful also.

I have lived here for over 5 years now and this is the only place I buy shoes from. And who doesn’t love spinning the wheel to win prizes?!? Great staff and amazing selection. Only place I’ll go to in Jacksonville for sure. Gotta be careful.

It seems that whenever I go to shoe carnival they always have good sales. They have all the name brand shoes, great variety to pick from. The staff was very helpful

They always have the best selection of shoes. If I'm looking for a certain type of shoe and I can't find it around town shoe carnival always ends up being the spot that has the shoes that I need. The store is always clean and neat and organized. Be associates are always very nice and the best part of all is they always have promotions or deals going on

I've always loved this place. It's a little sad since covid happened they discontinued the buy one get one half off that they are known for, but they are still the only place I will go and get my Nike Air monarchs dad shoes :-)

Always my favorite shoe store. Not overwhelming like DSW, always find what I'm looking for , great sales and with purchase of more than one pair, you get extra $ back at register.

I visited Eastern North Carolina for the first time last week and accidentally lost my sandals at the beach. I went to Shoe Carnival in Jacksonville and this amazing employee named Nate helped me out. I mentioned that I loved surfing in NC and he told me where to find the best waves. All in all, I found a fantastic pair of shoes thanks to his helpful knowledge about each style. Thank you, Nate!

Friendly staff everyone had smiles they took time when I couldn't find a shoe size they actually looked in the back .
