AT&T Store

Needed to pay my internet bill in person since my bank account was compromised and couldn’t pay online as I normally do. Was greeted immediately as I came in the door, all the staff was pleasant and helping others ( it was very busy); I waited less than a minute and was assisted by Jessie. He helped me with the self serve kiosk and was professional and had great customer service skills. A fantastic experience!

Kendra was awesome. Very helpful and positive and pleasant. I love her attitude and a great salesperson.

Penny was so amazing and she was able to solve my problem really quickly. She was professional, efficient and solution oriented. She greeted me with warmth as soon as I walked in the door and she was able to resolve my phone issues quickly. Give this woman a raise!

Arlonzo was my AT&T rep and he was very patient and helpful when working with me. He was very knowledgeable about the different devices and services. I was glad to discuss my options with him and I ended up upgrading and purchasing another device as well. Overall my experience was a 10/10 and I was satisfied with dealing with such a kind person as him.

Darryl assisted me today in a SIM card replacement and with the knowledge he has about iPhones and my upgrade options, I ended up paying off my previous device to get the iPhone 15 pro. I stayed in store to back up my iCloud and while waiting another associate by the name of Zo assisted me with connecting me to a stronger Wi-Fi to help with transfer of phone. Thank you ATT FAMILY

Sam was amazing , I felt like he gave me the lead way of finding what I want and getting me what I wanted today.

He never insisted to sale me anything , he was purely authentic with this transaction and highly recommended for any att customer.

Ms. Kennedy! Ms. Kennedy! Ms. Kennedy! I can’t say enough! This amazing lady worked with me for 4 days and came in on her day off to help my family and I get situated moving over from Verizon!!!! She was beyond helpful, patient and welcomed us with open arms! If her customer service is any indication what it’s like over here at AT&T, I’m here for it!!! Thank you Kennedy!! Wow! I’m so impressed!! Being a GM with a staff with over 60 employees myself, I wish I had more people like her on my team , willing to go the extra mile to achieve excellence!!!

Laree that's my girl! I came in there maybe 30 minutes before closing. I needed a IOS to Android transfer. She helped me get everything done after the other stores were no help. Everything transferred and she helped me with my trade in. Kind and prompt knowledge. Thank you.

Kendra Kennedy an amazing customer service agent. She fixed my cellular device in 10 minutes. The night before I was on the phone with a customer service agent for hours and still didn’t get the issue/problem solved. This issue left me without cellular connection for 24 hours. Kendra should be recognized for her great communication skills and can-do attitude. Kendra will keep customers coming back to AT&T!

Alright y'all. I have a new iPhone 15!! Yea! Unfortunately, I'm not tech savvy. But lucky for me...Ms. Penny at the AT&T store in Morrow had no problem transferring my data to my new phone. Penny was unbelievably helpful and made sure my data was transferred quickly and efficiently. Thank you so very much! And if the manager of this establishment happens to read this review she DEFINITELY DESERVES a RAISE!!! Her customer service skills were the highlight of my visit! Thanks Ms. Penny for your assistance. I couldn't flex without your help.

Ms. VEE did not miss a beat! She made sure to show and offer me everything I was invited to as well as anything that might be needed for my new phone. She was very knowledgeable about the products she offered as well as very polite! Very good experience for me.

The associate that assisted my mother and myself was named Jessie. He went above and beyond to assist our needs. I have never met a Sales Associate as him. Our family highly recommend him.
