AutoZone Auto Parts

We go here often for minor things and some oem parts. Tonight I went to get my battery checked. The manager told the employee who was helping me that he didn’t have to do it because it was dark. Totally understandable! Yet M. Gibson was so polite and eager to help me! He said, "I don't care, I can check it for her"...and he did! He was very courteous and eased my mind. Thank you!

Great customer service from this staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for the information provided. Freon is not cheap and I need plenty of it for this summer heat.

My shopping experience with AutoZone auto parts has always been an awesome place to buy automotive parts, as a matter of fact I just purchased a Duralast Gold battery for my '08 Ford Ranger pickup last year which my truck so needed, and for the most part I purchased a set of brand new hood prop struts for my Mom's '98 Ford Taurus, which I had personally installed myself in just five minutes, and two boxes of large size blue nitrile gloves of 100 each also.

I Sometimes usually purchase a jug of Maguire's carwash liquid and some other miscellaneous items like tools & spare counterparts that may come in handy for future use for both my truck & Mom's car. But overall this particular location for AutoZone has great customer service, especially when it comes down to looking for certain automotive parts for all type vehicles, also this store location is not very far from where I live at all, infact it is so close, that it's just plain walking distance.

Now I don't know about anyone else, but I see AutoZone is to be nothing more but a franchise type toy store chain for us real men & handy auto mechanics who just loves to buy automotive parts & tools to work with.

Also I've heard around the campfire that this current location for AutoZone is gonna be moving right into the very building where the former Revco drugstore pharmacy used to be, next to the Maddox rd. Fire station & across from CVS pharmacy, to where this way they'll have a lot more room to work with by keeping every single automotive parts & tools stocked on their shelves.

Needed wipers for my Fiat 500 Sport, they had the windshield ones which they installed, but the back glass ones were out of stock, no problem, i will get it later.

I was helped today by Dyshawn. I have had a couple rough starts and my car needed to be jumped today. The store was short staffed but he was able to help me get my battery replaced. He was professional and friendly. I have used this auto zone a few times but as long as he works there I will continue coming back. Great service.

I called the Autozone on Jonesboro today and asked if they could help me install a light. I was told simply “no”.
I called this Autozone and Edwin picked up the phone with great enthusiasm and told me they might be able able to help. I came in and Edwin helped me install the light no problem. Edwin and the staff here was nice.

ANGIE was the Absolute best helping me today. I was about give up on finding the right screws for my car but ANGIE saved the day with PATIENCE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The customer service at this location is AWESOME! I can speak for myself none of the employees at this store has ever been rude to me. The employees are very knowledgeable. The store is always neat and clean and the managers are even nice and polite.

Chris is the absolutely best !! His customer service was outstanding!!!! I came in with trouble with my break lights . I thought it going to be a easy fix...but come to find out the bulb melted into the tail light connector . He too his time and dedication into removing the melted bulb . It took him at least 30 min to fix when clearly he could have been helping other customers. The service I received today was phenomenal .

The asst manager Antonio was awesome!! He helped me and a new guy with my battery needs..I live near the Ellenwood store but they were not willing to help. But I'm happy to see that there are people in your stores that will. I will continue to shop at that particular store. At the Mt. Zion store..😁

Rakeem was about to get off when I came into the store and he gave extremely polite customer service, not just to me but to everyone who needed his assistance. Definitely will recommend this location to friends and family in the future.

I love this store. As a woman I just wont go anywhere else. The staff is always willing to help and provide knowledgeable, friendly service. Ladies ask for Eddy!! He's the absolute best!

The staff is the best at this location. Most autozones I've shopped at, the staff was really mean and uncaring. But not at this location! They went above and beyond to make sure I got my car running properly. They even saved me $200 just by helping me with a headlight that would have burned a whole in my pocket. Best customer service by far

Best customer service ever! My battery died at 9:30 pm at the Ross in Morrow on a Friday night. I got a ride into the Autozone to buy a battery. Since I have no clue how to put in a battery and I definitely don’t have the tools to do it, Maurice offered to come put it in when he got off of work!!!

Glad to have angie at this store, great service always kind and always gives great options
