Hello, now you know customer service is by far one of THE most important aspects of a business. I must tip my hat to this location. The asst. manager Toya made it her business to help me and make sure that I was serviced. But, I will give a heartfelt THANK YOU to Najee, who noticed my initial displeasure and made the decision to make Toya aware. It is of great importance to acknowledge, care enough, and make known of how customers feel about service provided. It shows exceptional service and teamwork by Najee and Toya. As you may notice, I did not say what happened. That's because I don't want to overshadow their efforts and service. If you are in the area or shop at the South Lake Mall, visit BBB. Great work, ladies... you two need a raise or promotion. Corporations without ppl like you two will go under... believe me. There is nothing like great customer service. NOTHING!!! Even if a business has good products, service is 🔑🗝.

The employees are always so friendly in here.... I recently bought 4 candles.. Dropped one on accident at home and broke it.. I took it back and Toya immediately let me exchange it out... Thank you... Great customer service.

Very helpful employees. They had every item that I was searching for. I visited during the candle day event and the wait time was next to none. Very efficient. I recommend this location for all your fragrance needs.

It was really nice that the employees interaction with us was pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable, even going to the back stockroom to look for products to fulfill our needs was very thoughtful.

We caught a great sale, 8 fl oz mist for $5.95. They also had the 3 fl oz mist buy 2 get 1 free. The staff was patient with customers, nice and professional.

This is my happy place. Im in here once every week. I shop until I drop. This location has the absolute best staff ever. I have never sensed the slightest attitude from any of the associates here. They take their time to make sure they get you everything that you came for. I literally have every fragrance in this store. Might i add,,, it is always clean. It is a very small space but the cleanliness makes up for it.

They had what I needed to get a gift

I had the absolute Best, Most Outstanding, Awesome Customer Service at this store. Everyone was so nice and polite and helpful. There were 2 employees who made my experience just nothing but Happy. Thank you so very much Mrs. Arianna, and Mrs. Queen, both of whom helped to introduce me to so many new scents and the wonderful deals that come with them. Arianna took notice of me as soon as I walked in, and she easily new my liking Sweet scents. She introduced me to some wonderful new tropical lotions. I felt like a grown and sexy woman at the age of 45, these new scents are awesome and lasting. Queen also introduced me to so many strong sweet hand soap scents. I will be buying more of that apple and peach beans wash scent for work. I never know Bath&Body Works sold Room sprays. Queen showed me the many different long last various scented sprays. These sprays can really clear and eliminate odors in air. I'm glad I got the experience to step outside of my comfort zone with the new scented lotions I just purchased.

The store had a great sale with a large selection of products to choose from. The only problem was that the store is small and there was too many people in it at one time. Masks were in place, but it was to close for comfort.

Everyone was very helpful, as a man it was my first time actually visiting. I was amazed with their selection of items for men and the scented candles.

I have been coming to this location for awhile. The manager and staff is so friendly now, the atmosphere has changed a whole lot. They make you feel welcome. We need more business like this.

I am addicted to this store. I have so much of their products. This is the only place I shop at for my lotion and sprays. The aromatherapy is awesome.

I love the sales here, my daughter had a coupon sent to her and I love coupons and love sales so I couldn't say no when she asked me to go even though I was getting ready to go out of town for the weekend.
