Very pleasant staff. 9 out of 10 people experience a great service but never say anything, it is that 1 person out of 10 who writes a NEGATIVE review. Where are the happy folks?

lol dude below me idk what happened but whenever you have to pay, it’s cuz it says customer packed. when you scan a QR code, we provide the bag. When we scan a QR code that says CUSTOMER PACKED, then YOU provide the bag or box or you have to pay in store. don’t be one starring our store without knowing what you talking about lmao

Idk what everyone is talking about. The man in there is chill. He was very helpful, and it’s never a line when I come in here. Maybe if people greeted and came in with a better attitude it would be reciprocated.

The young man in here is usually by himself, providing Great, Friendly and competent Service! Much better than the FX place nearby I will come back And use this place often for shipping needs from now on.

It is very surreal to witness customers consistently antagonize the young black men that work at this store.
I have been coming here for a year now and the 2 young brothers are always extremely efficient, I just scan and go. I will continue to support this black owned business.

This UPS store gives great customer service. I have been returning my Amazon packages here for as long as I can remember. The staff work efficiently, quickly and are always polite.
I love the new return system of package less UPS Drop. I just bring my items in not needing to print a return slip. UPS will do the packaging for you.
Makes life so easy🤗.

Have always had a great experience at this store. Staff has been friendly and nice and my packages get delivered every time. I don’t care if they’re doing cartwheels all over the store, as long as the job gets done.🥰

Yesterday was the first time I’ve ever been to a UPS. I had to return an item from Amazon. The lady that was there around 6pm was very professional, sadly I didn’t get a name. She printed the label and even closed the envelope for me without any problems.

I’m so grateful for the help of a notary that went out of her way to help me with documents. Not any did she notarized them she made a copy for me and she assisted me with mailing the documents. Everything i needed was done with her assistant. Thank you very much. I would recommend UPS at this location to all my friends. 😅

I recommend The Ups store in Morrow if you need any work done. They are very efficient, very polite, and if you need any thing done speak to a young lady named Madison. She deserves 5 stars and more.

Excellent customer service reps. I went in they helped me to send a package that I did not have a clear lake for... I was actually unable to send it and had to get a clear lable. But they tried everything they could to send it for me. Stellar customer service from Dameon and Shiela!!

The young man was super. I was having issues finding my Amazon code, and he was very helpful. He has the patience of a saint.
