AT&T Store

Problem seemed to be resolved, but now I have additional issues. I think it is the phone itself needing to be replaced. I do not fault Sherry, the rep who worked with me. Sherry was incredibly helpful and resourceful!

The 20+ minutes of waiting was more due to the customer preceding me being a bit difficult for Sherry. He was indecisive about what device(s) he wanted and which plan to sign up for.

I want to further emphasize how amazingly well Sherry worked with the customer. She remained professional and patient throughout the time she spent with him. (He was right next to me, so I could hear the whole transaction.) Sherry is a stellar asset to AT&T!

Sherry, the salesperson was AMAZING!!! She took her time with me, explained all of my options. You are fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.

I was having trouble learning how to do certain things on my new phone until I went to the AT&T store where I bought it. Sherry and D'Angelo were a wealth of information and so nice about it in sharing with me. I am all set thanks to them. Megan also helped!!! They are the best.

The most amazing Manager ever! I went to the royal oak store with a big problem. She took matters in hand and fixed everything! She was so sweet and her smile could launch a million ships! She got everything fixed, and she even fixed my phone plan so I could get a big savings on my bill. I couldn't believe how much she did for me! An amazing experience and store!
