Great sales, good quality clothing, always fun to shop at Penny's

Lots of clearance deals. I was able to find some school clothes on a budget. I will be back. I had a nice convo with one of employees and she told me about getting discount code on website. Thanks

On line shopping was great at this store. Ordering and pick up were easy. Returning an item was hassle free as well. The employee at the pick up/return counter (Cathy) was pleasant and very helpful. I have M.S. and when I picked up my order, Cathy not only walk to the exit door with my bags, but she actually carried everything to my car for me as well. She also informed me of the JCPenny app that will make my future pick ups easy with the curbside pick up feature. She was a great representative for the store and I will continue to shop there on line.

Shopped black friday sales today. Wonderful bargains and high quality items.

On 5/2/23 your associate Spencer @ store 1591 was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a last minute trip to your store and I did not have my jcp card. She looked up for me and when my phone would not connect to wifi to look up a coupon she looked it up for me and provided me with great service and savings.

I loved this place, most of the brand items you can get from here.

Excellent visit today. I used my online coupon and saved over 20 bucks! Many things on sale as JCPenny is gearing up for black Friday. Huge selection of bath towels and house wares. Also found the store very clean and most inside wearing masks if that is important to you. I went from one side of the store to the other while browsing and found some things I plan to get next visit. If you do a little homework with their online site or mobile app before heading to the store you'll be very happy when you get there. Between coupons and identifying your items you'll save time and money. I plan to return soon.

Purchasing a groupon and scheduling an appointment was super easy. Not so easy to wrestle my family to the studio and keep them happy. Waiting, photo shoot, and choosing photos was approx. 1hr. 15 min. All together the staff was helpful and merry; despite the number of people in their studio. GREAT DEAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYBODY.

Only been a few times, although I can say they are well. There is a sephora inside and everytime i've looked the cashier has seemed very experienced and helpful with makeup. Christmas section is always very full and inexpensive. Great location overall

I went to JC Penney to pick up an online order. There was only a momentary wait and the salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Parking was easy, just outside the door with plenty of handicapped spots. There is also an automatic door at the entrance I used. The online pickup desk is fairly close to the north entrance. That is the best one to use if you are just picking up. I had a good experience.

I love JCPenney's. I have shopped here for years and I always find everything I need. The quality and customer service is very good. I got all my Xmas shopping done practically in one place, it doesn't get much better.

It was nice to go in and have a wonderful person ask if she could help. And she was wonderful help. That's what alot of places are like today. Go to a department and wait and no one comes. Thank you for a good day of shopping.

I wanna make sure I take the time out to give kudos to Rileigh who was covering men’s suits when I went in earlier today 7/25/21 to get four suits for my upcoming wedding
The sizes were all over the place and we had two different colors as well
But let me tell you how she went above and beyond to help me
She was patient and helpful with getting me some coupons that gave me an awesome discount
I dressed how I needed three black suits for my sons and my dad wanted a gray one
She went through the sale options first because I didn’t wanna pay so much being they’d wear the suit a few hours if that (I tried to stay within a budget )
She took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted
I wasn’t able to get the suits in store as they all needed different sizes due to body type
But she helped me order it online right in store and have it delivered there as well
I work in retail and at times it’s hard to navigate an area you are not familiar with and Rileigh sure did her job and then some
I was sure to give the manager on duty Denise the wonderful compliment who informed me that Rileigh was in fact recently new
Kudos to her and value this associate because she made this bride who is 82 days shy of her wedding day (that was previously postponed ) very at ease knowing this important task was finally checked off my list

Got some great deals on summer clothing at our local JC Penney. Big discounts plus extra savings when using the JCP credit card. Always one of my favorite clothing stores. Great selection and prices. Staff are helpful and easy to find. Highly recommended.
