Love Famous Footwear! ❤ I’m a frequent customer online & in person. Their mobile app is handy & accurate. You get rewards, sales promotions & coupons that can be stored in your mobile wallet. I picked up an online order in store yesterday & it prompted me to give this store a 5🌟 review. I was greeted upon entry & my order was waiting for me at the register. Had a very nice conversation with the male employee (sorry I didn’t get his name) but he was very professional & friendly!! I was in & out in about 5 minutes. If you don’t find what you’re looking for in store, shop online, have it shipped to the store or to your home. When you shop online, you can see if the item is available at many local stores. Wonderful, friendly, awesome staff was on shift 12/5/2022 around 6pm. So very helpful for a problem with getting the wrong shoes shipped to me on an online order.

My husband was looking for some new sneakers and we stopped by Famous Footwear in Clifton Park, NY.
We hadn't been there in some time and were somewhat prepared for high prices, but the sticker shock was there.
Still, we managed to find a reasonable pair of sneakers and found some very cute shoes for our grandson. And the checkout person was so very helpful, finding a $15 coupon on line for us, that we will absolutely go back for more shoes!

I needed to get suede cleaner for boots to clean them.

Desperately looking for shoes, unable to find slip on women's sneakers since I struggle putting on my shoes as a senior. Mark was the manager here and was so accommodating as was his employee. Found a great beautiful slip on design. A great store, thanx for making my day Famous Footwear!

Great choices for shoes, Staff went out of their way to accommodate someone who was disabled and took time to answer questions and helped with ordering shoes.
