Fabolous time today at the store with the manager Malaina! Went in to pay my monthly payment and add a line for one of my kids, ended up getting 2 great for their age cell phones for my kids, cases and all and still saved $180! Just an all around great experience even with my kids driving me crazy. Seriously if you need to save (and who doesn't) go see Malaina ASAP

Ashely was awesome!! My boyfriend and I put off getting new phones for so long and finally we did it and Ashley was great through every step of the way! Very informative and made us feel like we were making the right choices. Thanks again!

The 2 staff there were SUPER helpful and very nice. I'd give more stars if I could. Not pushy at all. They helped us get out of our sprint contract (no easy task) and got us set up new case and all. Recommend to anyone that needs to visit a Cricket. Cant report on the service yet but it hopefully good.

I went into the Cricket Store today looking for a track phone for my dad for Christmas, but walked out with my eyes opened and my world turned upside down...... in a GOOD way! I ended up switching my cell service plan to Cricket (a totally unexpected outcome!) For the same monthly rate I was paying my other high profile carrier (who shall remain nameless), I was able to add two additional lines AND upgrade my service from 8 GB/ month to UNLIMITED data plus unlimited text and talk. (For those of you who don’t know, the carrier for Cricket is none other than reliable superstar AT&T....) And since I switched from the other carrier, I was able to purchase a BRAND NEW iPhone 6S for $100! Wow! Cody and Ayla were great to work with. GREAT customer service!! I almost didn’t want to leave. :)

My husband was on his way to work he accidentally left his phone on the top of his car so his phone got smashed on the northway I went to the Queensbury location as it was supposed to be open at 10:00 a.m. and never was so I stayed there for an additional 15 minutes the person never showed up to open the store so therefore I contacted Ashley in the Clifton Park cricket store and she helped us she was excellent got my husband a new phone in no time so I definitely recommend going to the Clifton Park location because the Queensbury one is unreliable.

The gentleman who took care of us was only interested in helping out our needs. I get so tired of shopping for a phone every year and a half or so and all the salesmen want to do is line their pockets from the sales with major Flagship phones. I definitely will be going back for a phone in a month or so and upgrade.

Jack was very very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and let me make a call to be sure we got everything right. The phone service we have is wonderful. My kids have other carriers and have dropped calls and no service all the time. Stop in and see Jack in Clifton Park.

This cricket is amazing. My husband and I weren't sure if we were interested but we stopped in anyway to see what it was all about. Billy helped us and really knew hismstuff. We decided to switch carriers and we're in and out in less then an hour with new phones!

Me & my fiancé were going to go with iPhone11 but Ashley convinced us to get the iPhone XR, absolutely loving the new phone, highly recommend the XR way cheaper $200.00, way easier on our pocket...
