Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

We love this store for all of our paint needs. The quality of the paint far exceeds any where else we have purchased from. The paint is so thick and just high quality. It’s so easy to clean and with 3 kids and 2 dogs that’s a huge plus. The color selection is outstanding. The staff is super knowledgeable and extremely helpful and professional.

Don’t go anywhere else for paint or stain. Sherwin Williams paints are excellent, and the staff is much better informed about their products and therefore better able to make good recommendations to their customers. The paint is more expensive for a reason, if you value your time and your end result it is worth every penny. I am a homeowner and buy products here every couple years as needed but they treat me as if I am a painting contractor in the store every day. Excellent customer service.

The customer service was phenomenal even though we walked in to get 3 gallons of paint mixed a half hour before closing ( yeah, we were that guy). I even phone ordered an extra gallon the next day for in store pick up, and it was done within 15 minutes of the call.

We were very happy with our service today. The gentleman at the front really went above and beyond to help match our paint colors properly. He seemed knowledgeable and patient while we made our paint choices. Thank you Samuel for your customer-orientated services!

Called on Sunday morning to inquire about a hard-to-find item which evidently needed to be special ordered. I also needed some paint mixed for me and had a handful of questions about other products. I caught the salesperson during a busy time and he was the only one in the store.

What happened next is amazing: he called me back, he tracked down and actually ordered my hard to find item, he mixed my paint for me, he answered all my questions, he remembered my name when I went in to pick up the paint and he carefully placed the two 5-gallon buckets and he was nice and friendly and courteous and polite the entire time. And he LISTENED and answered my actual questions while demonstrating that he understood rather than just trying to talk over me.

I haven’t had this level of stellar customer service quality in what seems like eons. I don’t always have great experiences at this Sherwin Williams store and I almost always have awful experiences at the one in Saratoga Springs. But, if you’re lucky enough to get a bear of a guy with a big ole beard named JOSH, count yourself lucky!!!! He really made a favorable impression. Thanks Josh: it might have seemed like you were just doing your job but you actually made my day 😊

I have yet to go to a Sherwin Williams location that didn't treat their customers like royalty. Whether it's advice on materials or learning about new products, the staff at Sherwin is the best.

If you are interested in doing some painting or are working with a contractor, check Sherwin Williams first. They have great prices and if you are buying in volume they offer insane discounts for big purchases. If I could give more stars I would!

Great service that is both knowledgeable and friendly. Premium paints and fair prices! I go here for custom mixes for contract jobs requiring very specific federal pantone colors for contract jobs.

We found exactly what we wanted in the store. Friendly and helpful associate exceeded our expectations. We will be back this week to buy paint for our project. Highly recommend.

The location we went to in Clifton Park on Plank Rd was clean. The gentleman behind the counter was exceptional and professional. I seriously was astounded by his level of courteousness and wanting to truly help us!

We have lived in our house for 27 years and we painted the entire house 15 years ago and it really still looks good. We are just changing colors.We used Sherwin Williams paint than and we are using it this time it really holds up great with the kids all those years.

Best paint you can buy. Especially when 30 or 40% off. I'm a big fan of the Emerald line.
