Starbucks

It's an extremely busy location, though the baristas are even faster. They can manage all the crowds efficiently. Sometimes, its drive thru is chaotic, but with some patients, it works. There is a free parking lot and clean restrooms. There are plenty of seats available.

This Starbucks is the best one to frequent! All the baristas are kind, friendly, and take their time to get to know you. :) While they do get busy from all the mobile, drive thru, and cafe orders, they consistently make an effort to be amenable to their customers. The store manager makes a genuine effort to bolster the atmosphere of the cafe, and I can say that I prefer going to this one out of all others! If you’re looking for a more personable experience, I recommend going at night since mornings are pretty hectic. Love you Tienken Starbucks!

The baristas are always so friendly and nice. Drive through wait is a little slow but the drinks are always made right. In-store is mostly clean and organized.

Always frequent this Starbucks location when Im in this part of Rochester/Rochester Hills. I've never had bad service here. I'm out this way a couple times a year, maybe three so it's not like I come here a ton, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Great coffee made by fabulous employees. Not all Starbucks are like this one. 💖

This is a good Starbucks. The employees were friendly and my drink and scone were good. It took a little longer than other Starbucks for them to process my online order, but they made up for it in friendliness.

This is a extremely busy location. Usually I stop here a few times a year. But since the new year this location has been cranking out the orders. Fast service and I love it. Keep up the fantastic service.

When you go here it's like going to somebody's house because you run into every one including all your friends and family there

Starbucks is Starbucks. I frequent this location and don’t notice any issues. In fact, this location is the quickest in the area. I know at times the line extending into the plaza driveway can bother people but those people often forget the construction this location underwent to make it more drive-through friendly.

I am grateful I live closer to this location than the Starbucks on Rochester and Auburn. I’ve been stuck in the drive through line there, unable to leave for an hour.

Used the mobile app to order 2 lattes to be picked inside from. The drive thru line was long but moving. The staff was super efficient. I forgot to ask her name but she asked everyone upon entering if they ordered via app or upfront. So organized! My lattes came in no time.

Painfully slow drive thru service, but a consistent product was delivered for a happy batista. That hair pin turn is a bit tight.

Always have my to go order ready to go, or a minute after I walk in. Consistently faster than the one on Adams & Walton.

This location is always super busy. But when I have been able to stop the service is amazing. Employees are friendly.

Starbucks is alway amazing. All locations that I have been to so good. Staff are very well trained and know what they are doing, and they are very welcoming. It might take longer to get my order ready, but they are busy, and the quality really worth it. Prices are kinda expensive, though.

Came in with a rather large group after walking in a parade. We ordered the better part of a dozen drinks and snacks to warm up. Everything was made quickly and tasted great. I frequent this Starbucks and today's service was an excellent example of the stellar service I receive here every time I visit.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location. I recently moved and I was so sad to be far from what used to be my local shop!! The staff are so friendly and my drinks are always perfectly made. I’ve never had a problem here. The store has such cute touches too, like an instagram page for the store, photos of puppy customers at the drive through window, and a community events board. It’s so cute and has exceptional service!!!

This starbucks is awesome! The staff is so friendly and fun! They always have a crazy wait in the AM that seems to move slowly but it's the breakfast rush hour! Love surprising my kids with a stop on their way to school!

Just went in to see if construction still going on and if Starbucks is open - the cafe is - Yay! New cafe area and overall interior design is great! Received fabulous service today. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and even though I said I would pay (it was 100% my fault) the counter person treated me! Very nice gesture and very appreciated. Short waits and great smiles from everyone working behind the counter. :) Thank you!!

I like this place even though the location is bit of weird. There are not too many parking space, and it's drive through is a bit short ( because it is just a line surrounding the store). Also, there are not too many seats in the store. However, staff is really nice and friendly. So, I give it a 5 star!
