Sorrentino's Delicatessen & Market

I called Sorrentino's Deli, in Halfmoon, last week, preparing to feed an “army”. Speaking with the owner, Richie was hands down the best decision to make. I had this huge order prepared and he told me what I needed & didn’t need. Bought 2 sub platters one Italian the other American, macaroni, potato, antipasto salads and cannoli's from their catering menu. For starters the presentation at pick up was Amazing!!! The food was fantastic and plenty. This was for a move making sure everyone had plenty to eat, covered lunch, dinner, (cannoli's for dessert) snacking and even lunch the next day. My only regret is not meeting Richie in person, weather permitting we’ll be back in Clifton Park in two weeks and will be stopping by the Halfmoon location! Thank you for a very welcomed maintenance free over the top experience EVERYONE raved about the meal(s)!

Great place! Excellent meats and vegetables. Knowledgeable staff. Efficient checkout. Ample parking . Easily seen from the road. On Grooms Road near Route 9. Regular customers.

I'm not a native New Yorker. I moved from Florida, where choices for food are mostly chains. When I moved to the Capital Region, people told me to branch out more. This was my very first deli. I love it. The subs are amazing. I still go here. Every Monday. I haven't been to a chain sandwich shop since. Great service, awesome food. Fairly priced for what you get, too. This is a great deli.

When I moved upstate, I have difficulty finding a place around here that makes a good sandwich. A few weeks ago I tried Sorrentino's and I have been hooked ever since. Prices for subs are the best around, theirs salads are top notch. They dont skimp on meat or other sandwich toppings. Bread is phenomenal. Literally the best place in the area to get a sandwich that resembles the quality you'd get downstate. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely love this store/deli. Great prices & love your cold cut prices. I rather buy from Sorrentino’s (family owned) then any Grocery store.

I gotta tell ya what... The subs from this place are amazing! I can't help but to literally scarf down the first half because my taste buds go nuts. Just look at my pictures. That, my friend, is an italian mix sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, italian dressing and I added some hot red pepper spread for a little more heat. Look at how much meat they put on their subs! This was on sale for $8.75.
Go to jersey mikes or another place and you will be paying 20 bucks... pshh get outta here. Sorrentino's hooks you up with a big fat submarine full of flavor that will knock your socks off.
Now, I must say that I do not really get any tuna, pastas or salads or anything so I cannot rate them on that. But their subs are an A+. They are just as I remembered them being 15 years ago.
Do yourself a flavor and go to this place.

Have gotten both the chicken cutlets and meat balls subs, would definitely get both again. Mainly go there for their steaks, normally get their sirloin or strip. Prices are good even when not on sale and the flavor beats anything you will buy in a grocery store. It's also a must when I go that I pick up a couple of cannolis for dessert.

My new favorite place! Tonight was my first time coming. We did arrive close to closing but our order was simple and they accommodated us. Staff was very friendly. I was impressed with the size of the place, cleanliness, and assortment of goodies to buy. The meatball sub is to die for! ❤

We have been going to the Clifton Park store for many many years. We mostly buy meat there and other items sometimes. The meat is always top notch and fresh, the meat counter workers always polite and friendly. We've never had any problem with the deli counter, it's always been accurate with the order and sandwiches taste good. Hope they're around for a long time.

Everything about this place is first class from the food, the kind and respectful service people and the curbside contactless service straight into the trunk of the car. We love their rost beef sandwich and all the other cold cuts we have tried have been excellent. Sub rolls are very good. Only minor suggestion is that small size bottle soda flavors could be a bit more extensive.

This is an old fashioned market. It contains an excellent butcher. An excellent deli. Along with essential grocery items that you might want to pick up without having to go to a grocery store. The staff is extremely friendly very helpful and it is a pleasure to shop here. I stopped in for some cold cuts and a few other items and as always was very pleased.

Best subs in Clifton park by far! They use Boars Head meat and have a really cool staff. It it is one of the last old school sandwich shop/grocery stores around. They have great cuts of meat in the butchers section and it just has that feel of a good family run market. The type of place that sadly is getting pushed out by chain restaurants and mega grocery stores. Some people may think it is a little pricey but I spent about 7 bucks for a big Mack meal at McDonald’s the other day and this place gives you a sub that can feed a small village for a week for 7 dollars.

Awesome Italian mixed sub. Just get it standard with their oil and it's delicious. Also their fresh pork in the case is some of the most tender in the area. I'm not sure who their supplier is but they should stay with it. Love Sorrentino's!

The BEST!!! I wish there was a 10 star option. Subs are HUGE. Meatball grinder is the best I ever had and the chicken salad is great too. You walk in, you feel like family. Special thanks to Bob. You can't go wrong here!

One of the best subs I have had. Boar Head is the choice meat. And being a city transplant, I love this sandwich.

Great little shop! Subs are yummy & meat counter is great as well. Sometimes there's a super unfriendly man at the deli, but not today! Everyone was super friendly today!

Best deli and butcher in the area and in my opinion. Wide selection of Italian foods and unique items. The slow cooker deli turkey is made in house and can't be beat. The staff is fun and personable.

One of my favorite places to go to get a handmade sub. Fresh ingredients and a friendly staff make this Market anything you could want.
