I had an emergency prescription needed. She said she would not be able to get the product for 3 days. I simply asked her to check another location, she did, she verified they could fill it ASAP, and she sent them the prescription on my behalf!! Life saver! Always fast service at this location!

Pharmacy is consistently friendly and helpful.

I highly disagree with some of the reviews with the front end staff! They are always friendly and willing to help. I had never stepped foot in this store until after 14 years of living less than 3.3 miles away and was fed up with Wal-Mart and CVS rude pharmacy staff! The only down side is I hate the pharmacy online system you never know when something is in the process of being filled/if it has been called in my the health care provider yet and I feel this waste a lot of time for people having to call and check when something isn’t filled in a certain time frame. I think the pharmacy is also very close under staffed as well an very unsure why the pharmacy hrs have been cut when it seems as though they can’t/couldn’t keep up beforehand not to mention a lunch break is added in there as well now so even LESS hrs! I’ve waited days sometimes and things that are supposed to be on a monthly schedule I have to call and ask.
And it’s not the pharmacy staff’s fault there is not only so much they can do in such a sort amount of time.
Other than that they too are always friendly and willing to help.
All and all one ☝ of the better if not best pharmacy’s in the area!

Great store with customer oriented staff - but only since they closed down the Walgreen’s across the street. Before then, customers were hard pressed to get more than minimal assistance from this Rite Aid. It seems that the recent merger with Walgreen’s was good mojo for this location.

With the Walgreens merger, and the fact that Walgreens is literally across the street it's only a matter of time before this location closes down.
My apologizes to the employees unless they offer you to continue your jobs at Walgreens. It's always a rough time when a merger like this happens.

I’ve only been to this location once, but it’s dim lighting made it a little creepy.

Walking into this location and the cashier and her boyfriend standing outside near the front door smoking. So many elderly and sick ( myself) walking in for meds! HONESTLY SMOKING POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES? I’ve been coming here for 15 years and am so angry now, Hire respectful help!

Went through the drive through to pick up diabetic supplies for my pregnant wife. We had previously been charged for supplies so we took the steps of contacting our insurance and Dr to be provided a script that would be fully covered. When the Rite Aid associate requested a copay I was confused and angry. While there was a bit of back and forth and my tone was raised, direct and confrontational, I never once swore at or made personal comments towards the associate who proceeded to turn off the intercom and walk away. This associate should understand that her job is customer service and, although she should never be made to tolerate abuse, there may be more to a situation than she's aware of and a certain amount of tact should be used in every encounter. That is the job. Unfortunately this lack of sensitivity reflects on this associate, this store, the management and Rite Aid.

They messed up my online order, but unable to make it right. Assistant manager, I think his name is Mike, was not willing to help even though the problem was on their end. Very poor customer service.
It’s a good thing we have another rite aid in Clifton Park. I’m never coming back to this location.

So I just went in there to get my covid-19 vaccination. I am someone who has waited quite some time but I'm finally ready. The president and all the government officials say you can walk into any of these places it's free easy and without a problem. Long and short of it they denied me getting my vaccine because I didn't have an appointment. Everywhere including the president states that you just walk in and get it. They're so desperate to get everyone vaccinated this is just very frustrating and disheartening. Like I get it you're understaffed so is my store and every other job out there. It literally takes Thirty Seconds to pull a needle out and stick it in my arm or give me the darn thing and I'll stick it in myself.

I called today to get a prescription refilled for my husband. Every time I called I got a an answering machine.
The answering machine didn’t say the store was closed today. I finally called the store I Clifton Park and was told they were closed for the day.

Worst customer service and very RUDE upfront staff. Please use any other store.

The whole store stinked it was 👎
