Visited TMobile this afternoon with my mother in law to upgrade her iPhone 8 and change her phone service. Dave the assistant manager was great from start to finish. He was able to get my mother in law a phone plan saving her half of what she was previously paying and helped pick out a phone that suited her needs. The process of waiting for a new phone transfer can sometimes be a bit boring but Dave was very friendly and kept us occupied and offered us seats if needed. I could tell he was a people person and was paying attention to my mother in law because he gave her a TMobile hat before we left. She loves hats and was very excited to get the hat from Dave. It was a nice touch on his part. Great customer service

The assistant manager David helped me set my watch up that I got online super helpful and friendly even shared conversation about non work things if your in the area go to this store and see David. Excellent service!

Vicki, Sierra, & David are god sends! I came in with an unusual problem. I was a diy bride who was at risk of losing all her wedding Photo Booth photos from accessory phone. They each put forth some ideas & helped me trouble shoot it when I thought I had exhausted all ends! Feeling super thankful for this crew & how patient they were with me.

Ava the store manager was great. She was ever friendly and polite. Definitely coming back !

David was great with helping me switch my data over he explained everything perfectly and was patient with the process if you have to go this one please work with David.

Ava and Kyle were awesome I sent my grandmother there and they really took care of her saved her a lot of money compared to what she was paying at verison ,thank you guys.

Recently had an issue with my phone staying connected and sending messages. Went in and was helped out quickly. The sales reps were all nice and helpful, haven't had any issues with my service since.

I came in last Saturday panicked because my phone wouldn’t turn on. This was the first time I visited T-Mobile since switching from Sprint and it was a great experience. Sevyn helped me fix my phone before I even finished explaining what was wrong with it. Fastest service I’ve ever received in a phone store! Thank you again!!

Deaz and Mark were amazing on helping me on setting up the phones. I’m very happy with 2 boys that helped me out. The manager Seven had to leave after the transaction was over

This is a great T Mobile store! Harmony and Eli are very professional, attentive and kind!! They are always willing to answer any question and solve any issues fast with smiles. They truly care you are happy when you leave the store!!

The manager was super nice she helped me get the phone I wanted the store smelled clean and inviting. The reps were nice to Denzel got me a case that fits my iPhone and a charger.I will only go to this location from now on

I went into the store at about 1:15 on a Saturday. I was greeted with smiles and my sale’s rep was fantastic. She was so helpful and she talked to me the entire time we were waiting for my transfers to go to my new phone. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this particular location.

We just moved over from another provider and Shawn helped us throughout the whole process. T-Mobile has some great offers right now, and Shawn explained what would work best for us, and explained everything in simple to understand terms. We activated 4 new lines, and when we had an issue with one of them, we came back to the store, and he knew exactly what to do. In the past 20 years this was the best experience I've had regarding in store customer service from a cell phone provider.

Since I switch to T-Mobile... good choice.... customer service is very great ... and very knowledgeable of the services they offer... great environment and energy.

I came into this location with a SIM card issue and the associate Omar went sooo above and beyond to get my phone working and good to go. By far the best experience I have had at a phone store. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone using Tmobile. If you get lucky Omar will be the one to assist you! Thanks again!

Absolutely a great store with awesome employees. Went in with a thought of what i was looking for and they had the amswer and solution. If you are near Independence, definitely stop by. You will get great service and great overall experience.

I went into the store to redeem an offer I received for a free portable charger. Sometimes when a service provider realizes that you are taking advantage of a free offer, the service may not be as friendly as it would if you were spending money. However, Jamie (manager) was extremely friendly, helpful and upbeat. The young lady at the 1st desk when I walked in acknowledged me as well when I entered, even though she was assisting someone else. I would recommend visiting this location. I had a very pleasant experience and will return again in the future.
