Giant Eagle Supermarket

Overall store is great. Customer Service not so great. Asking for help and was told she had other customers. What am I?

Love going here! Great prices, variety, and employees! I do some my grocery shopping here at least once a month, always able to find what I need.

I love this place . It's one of the really big giant eagles I've been too . But they're all so expensive . I just don't understand . Not many people go to giant eagle anymore . Every time I go in there with my grandmother to get her medicine there is barely anybody in there shopping . And all the people I see shopping in there are old timers .

I've have a real decent experience with the chain itself 99.9 %. In the past its been a service rep here and there that just rubbed the wrong way. Today the cashier Jackie was awesome my mom is mentally challenged and she was great and very patient ☺

I just ran in to buy a cake. The lady in the bakery was extremely nice. The cake was good and moist.

Store always so
clean and well organized. The bakery is my favorite, huge selections of breads, pastries, cookies and pies. The little old lady inside the bakery is such a nice lady always friendly and helpful whenever I and the kids come in.

What a intense game. I really enjoyed myself watching the game at home with the family we had an awesome time.

My go to meat store

Staff is nice and courteous. Good selection even if it's a little high on price.

What else can I say but you will find me here at least once a month

It was a very good shopping experience. Easy to find everything I needed. Didn't like the cashier very much, Didn't really know his job. Made many mistakes. That will be the last time I try ring myself out. Cashiers your jobs are safe. LOL 😆

Great giant eagle a little smaller and slower paced but friendly and helpful. No get go attached to this location but one close by on ridge and 480

I really like Giant Eagle they are well stocked, the prices are good, employees are usually pretty easy to find and it's fairly easy to check out not to mention that the membership perks are amazing such as the gas rewards. So therefore my wife and I enjoy shopping there and it doesn't really matter which Giant Eagle we go to they're all pretty much the same in a sense. Seafood is good the steaks are good, everything is good

Love the store and really like most of the employees, especially Kim, Dawn, and Val. Customer Service is good. Managers have been a huge disappointment. They not only don't believe complaints (so don't make any attempt to correct problems), they also have no creative solutions. I go to this store about 4X a week. I have some ideas on good changes, but no one cares. The store is clean and usually well stocked. I have a few problems with the bakery, but people are nice. I'll be returning to the store soon. Really excellent service, especially during Covid19. I think Giant Eagle is best grocery store around.

Whoever is doing carts in the blizzard parking lot on 12/23/2022 at 8:30 pm deserves a raise and a bonus and a week PTO!!! That kid/ young adult was literally giving his all to push a stack of carts in the 20 + mps winds with tons of ice and snow.
I know this is his JOB but this person Probley makes min wage or around it and you couldn’t pay me 50$ a hour to stack and drag / push carts in a blizzards what a dedicated individual !!! Kudos to that dedicated employee 👏🏼

I decided at the last min to have some neighbors over for a cookout, they have many and always share with us even if we didn't attend. along story short it was what I call Sticker Day lol
you know the greatly discounted yellow and white stickers? I literally was able to save nearly half if what the normal prices are

I shop here weekly and I always love the great customer service in the Seafood department! Fresh food and great sales! Very courteous and helpful! Told 1 cashier of the dirty bathroom stalls that my child ran into & appreciated seeing this taken care of immediately. Cashiers are always friendly.

Biddulph at Giant Eagles is another one of my favorite places to shop. The store has everything, nd it’s well stocked, and the store is clean 🧼. But would like to see hand sanitizer dispenser’s around.

Great store! Very clean. Shelves fully stocked. Great service in the deli dept. Employees were very helpful when I couldn't locate an item...they did not give me directions, they took me exactly to the item! Highly recommend this store!

I use to shop here about 10 years ago, this store is always clean always stocked, pretty friendly our the staff. Always loved to shop Giant Eagle
