Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The best experience I ever had at a Red robin. So many options to try , food is fantastic!! The burgers are huge , the steak fries cooked to perfection! I love how friendly and caring the staff is. The aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant is phenomenal. The restaurant is clean. They offer dine in , carry out.

We were here close to 2 weeks ago, and it was so good we came back today (3/19). This time there was no wait (last time there was a little extra wait time, but we came at a dinner rush, so it was understandable and no big deal to us). Food was ready right at the quoted time today. Hot, fresh and delicious, like always!
The young lady that was working carside today was so friendly and nice! I was welcomed in and when leaving, the host said to come back soon, and to have a great evening. Quality service like that, paired with yummy food is what will keep our family coming back!

Awe yes!! That charbroiled taste and smell of RR burgers!! It's been 15 years since I've been to one. Excellent food, fun atmosphere, ample parking, clean restaurant (although restrooms could have used attention since we went there prior to dinner rush) and great service! The side salad was shockingly good and so were the sweet potato fries! Really great food!!

Best burger place I've been to. Yes, it's a chain restaurant, but they are very consistently great. Also, believe it or not, they have the best traditional wings I've every had! The wings are cooked to perfection and every cause is delicious. Island heat is my favorite! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to eat.
Service was quick (like very quick- I used the kiosk to order a cake and it was there a few minutes later) and friendly.
Food was hot and ready to dive in.
Our waitress was very busy, yet made sure everyone was served in a quick and orderly fashion.
Cream sodas here and amazing and unlimited refills.
Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Independence Red Robin is most of the time A-OK. The servers have great customer service and patience to help their clientele. You can adjust your meal to how you like it, and the food is served in a timely manner at the right temperature. The restaurant is very clean

Service has improved at this location in the past few years. Burgers now arrive at the table hot.

If you sign up for their rewards program you get a free burger the month of your birthday, every 10th entree/burger free, and other deals a few times each month. They also have a gluten free menu and take at least reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination.

Try to avoid sitting in the bar area, unless you don't have anywhere to go or do. The bar tender is stretched in their duties and service can be a bit slow. Great food and a good atmosphere if your with family and/or friends.e

Everyone is so quick to complain but never want to take the time to leave a good complement when they have a good experience so I want to say I had the best experience today when I went visit the restaurant Phoenix was our waitress and she was so amazing, very friendly and welcoming she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even tho she was cleaning other tables she didn’t hesitate to stop n check on us so I will definitely be back and she will be requested if she working 🌟keep up the good work

Went on a Saturday afternoon and the server Laura was great. More places would be lucky to have servers like her. Fast, attentive, friendly. And the burger was perfection

I got the smashed avocado burger, freckled lemonade, and onion rings. The burger and the onion rings were fine but my lemonade was sweeter than usual. It was probably just a mess up but I dinged it for stars anyway.

They were short staffed tonight but the service was awesome, food came out hot and we didn't wait long for drink refills, appetizers or our main meal. As always yummy food!

Great service. Waiter was extremely quick about noticing if we needed refills etc. Prices are awesome. And, can't beat the bottomless fries! (I had onion rings though)

The waitress was nice and the food was delicious.... plus I got to spend some time with my family 😁

Okay, so today I visited Red Robin because I needed a burger fix in a bad way!
Sitting at the bar I had Ashley for a server!
Not only did she have extensive knowledge of the menus, but her recommendations were spot on.
Friendly, attentive and made me feel like I was at a family BBQ. playful banter and kept the visit amazing. Il be back

The burgers were OK but the dessert was awesome 👌

The service was fast. Our server was very attentive. Most important of all, though, is the food was good.
