Joe the manager and David today at O'Reilly took care of me today. Yesterday it was Dustin. They treat everyone with courtesy and respect. I am so impressed with the way things are running at this location. Very clean and well kept.

I will refrain from getting into specifics.
I will say that I was in a really tight spot on a project that was quickly turning into a bit of a nightmare.
I went to O'REILLY originally because they had the part I needed at the best price.
Due to the vehicle owners "creative ingenuity " the parts that should have worked, didn't.
After some creative thinking and outside of the box thinking Patrick came up with a solution.
You saved my bacon buddy.
So yes, this was my experience and I am so grateful for Patricks help. I highly recommend seeking him out.

The staff here is amazing and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to get the information for you. I always come out getting what I need and a better idea of how to do the job I need to do. Very happy with this location.

Went to get steering wheel lock. Several cars recently stolen in my area. They not only helped picking out lock showed me how to put on. Salesman made sure I was able to use properly before I left. Great service.

Great service and that's was with only one person working in the whole store, not only was he willing to take time and work though an odd problem on a starter but he did while having fun on a busy day.

When I walked in Michael’s greeting was friendly to hear! Then he dove right in to find the right power relay fuse for my issue.
Then Allen, the store manager, took the time to come outside to pull the bad one and help to replace the new one.
That’s when we both realized the part was not the same. So both guys went at it trying their best to problem solve. After several minutes we found the correct part!!

They actually had a battery that fit my Harley... for a lot cheaper than the Harley shop... It took them a little while to find it, but she didnt give up, and she found it! Aweosme people! Thank you!!

Excellent Service! The two gentlemen working late last night (on HALLOWEEN yesterday) checked my car engine light, gapped my spark plugs to spec for me and answered my many questions. Not to mention their friendly manner.

I've been shopping here since 2015, at first it was simple proximity but quickly became about the staff. And while they suffer from the ever revolving door of employees that plagues all retail establishments, the staff continues to be of high quality.

They always have in stock what I'm looking for and this applies to the store or through the mail. They have never let me down. I have been a satisfied customer for years.

Our church bus broke down a few miles from this O'Reilly's on New Year's Eve, the staff here did everything they could to help us get it going again. We had 50 people stuck since the bus was broke. The staff was so helpful and nice. They really went above and beyond to help us! This is a great oreillys store!

They were very helpful at O'Reilly Auto parts even though they didn't have exactly what I needed they were still really helpful in streaming me to the right place so five stars for them

Blade has been super patient and helpful every time I've been here for parts. He spent almost an hour helping me find a part that i needed. My favorite store.

Purchased a new battery from the Alpine Ave. O'Reilly location yesterday. Had trouble with the car starting again today...got it jumped and brought it down to O'Reilly to have them test the battery. Ended up needing a good cleaning to remove corrosion build up. The man that helped me was helpful, kind, provided the service at no charge and was patient with all of my questions (despite being very busy with other customers and delivery requests). Wish I would have gotten his name. Can't say enough good things about this location and it's staff! We'll be back for any auto part needs we have in the future!

Blade, Crush, and Allen were amazing! I needed new wiper blades for my Audi and it was a bit of a challenge figuring out how to install them, but with a little help from Google, we got the job done😊

Alan helped me out tonight with a Mass Air Flow Sensor that was causing car to stall. Cleaned the part out for me. Took his time and explained issue so I knew what to look for if it acts up again. Thank you.

The guys and girl That work here are the best they go out of their way to make sure you resolve your issues I always come here just for the help and knowledge that they bring .
