AT&T Store

Went into upgrade our phones, which is always a dreaded process for our family… Blake was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating… He was able to quickly get us set up and out the door. Best experience we’ve ever had with the process of upgrading our phones!

Went today to make some changes and additions to my plan. Edis was so helpful, knowledgeable, went above and beyond by calling stores and offering tips and advice. He made the whole experience so easy and much better than I anticipated. Other team members were nice too and the manager even went to another location to pick up a phone I wanted. Talk about great customer service!

My husband & I worked with Chris upgrading both of our phones. I had a terrible experience here in the past (those employees are since gone) and I always told myself I would never upgrade my phone again. Chris made everything smooth and had no issues! Also, we had great conversation. Definitely recommend going here for her!

Riley did an awesome job setting me up with 4 new phones and plans saving me a lot of money over my last carrier. Definitely worth your time to go in and investigate what they can do for you. They actually drove to other stores to pick up the phones I wanted. The entire store goes the extra mile to provide exemplary service!

I had the pleasure of working with Stephen to set me up with a iPhone 14 from my previous iPhone 12. He was very friendly and super helpful and made the entire process very simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend Stephen based on his great customer service!

I came in with a nightmare of a problem, but I was able to get the right guy Jake and he sat down for a few hours with me making sure that we got this all corrected and fix. For me it was a 35 minute drive, but because of Jake I will make it each time I need something. Thanks again Jake.

Broke my screen on a Friday morning at work! Sat came in 3 times trying to get best info for decision to replace or upgrade! All 3 times I got quick service, good info and options to make best decision I could! I got a galaxy fold and couldn't be happier with it! Best phone ever and Fenton is best store and only one I go too!

Had the pleasure of working with Matt and Angel at this store. Both were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I plan on using the Fenton Crossing location in the future.

Christina Filla was absolutely amazing! 🤩 She was so patient and kind and helped me thru every step of transferring two phones over. I highly recommend Christina and this AT&T location!

My wife and I switched to att and worked with Stephen Lee. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about their products, plans, and phones. He answered answered all of the questions we had and even added more info where needed. He was even spot on for how much or bill would be. I highly recommend working with Stephen Lee if you go into att here in Fenton!

Chris was very courteous and friendly. She informed us of all the current AT&T products and discounts. She saved us a little money on our DIRECTV stream service as well.

The store was not busy and clerks were attentive. The woman helping me was sociable and very flexible with my wants while trading in my cell phone.

Abby is one of the best reps I have experienced in any industry. She was kind, professional and extremely competent. The store manager was there to help and answer questions as well. He runs a incredible store. I left tmobile/sprint after 23 years and spectrum for internet.

Bryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me about the different promotions that were going on. Very friendly and good customer service.

Went to ask about why my bill was so high and turn in our phones from upgrading. Joe Raster was fantastic on figuring out what the other AT&T store screwed up and not only help fix it, but helped me understand so I could call customer service. I will only come to Joe here on out.
