Schnucks Fenton

I love this Schnucks!!! I've probably talked to someone in every department at one time or another, and EVERYONE I have encountered here has been AMAZING from start to finish. Anytime I have a question or need to place an order with produce, deli, bakery, or floral (the departments I use most for party planning) they've always been so kind to me, and everything has always been perfect. Today, I had birthday balloons filled, a fried chicken order made and picked up my donut order. The ladies in these departments were so helpful and they helped ease any pre-party anxiety I had. The lady working in floral helped me get my balloons and groceries from her department all the way to my car! Talk about service! I shop here for groceries all the time because of the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep doing what you guys are doing because it's working! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

Produce, deli, bakery, specialty departments are well stocked and easy to navigate. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is always clean.
Today, I arrived at the checkout line with a torn box. Thelma was extremely helpful in fixing the problem and taking care of me.

Just need to stop in to find a fresh cantaloupe, for some Groundhog Day, and there was a good selection of ripe fruit

Wide variety and the clerks are helpful and kind. The store is always spotless and lots of checkouts available.

This is my favorite to go to store! Have a FAVORITE employee, Stacy! Between manning the cash registers and working in the bakery, she is always friendly and upbeat. Heck, she even knows my name! Both Stevens are awesome baggers. If it weren't for these dedicated employees, I would consider elsewhere. Not only do they deserve a sincere recognition from Schnucks, they definitely deserve a raise!. THANK YOU STACY

Very clean and organized. Hardly ever a line. The order online and pickup is so great and convenient.

This location is almost too spacious! Many brands I've never heard of, however more varieties to try! Their Bakery has many fresh, delicious options of baked goods, Deli area is pretty darn wonderful. Sandwich options as well as salads, food bar (to make your own combos for quick, yet satisfying meals) and hot and cold options. Many various brands and flavors of ground and whole bean coffee.
The service is efficient, staff are friendly and attentive.

My family shops here and some work there and I hear all good things

I always find what I need here. I shop here because I can use Upside and earn money back. Plus I earn money from Schnucks rewards.

I was drafted into providing a cake for a party with not a lot of notice. Schnucks came to my rescue and baked us a wonderful cake to order. Everyone was great to deal with. Thank you Schnucks!

This store is still a favorite of mine to go to when I am in Fenton. The store is still clean and the employees are very friendly. The time we got there was just about 3:00 in the afternoon and I think that is a good time to get there. It was not crowded at all when were going to the checkout line there was no wait at all. We were there for about an hour total and then got back to the car and got home before there was any rush hour traffic.
