Thanks Petro Mart and Jim Butler Chevrolet for the Free Car Wash. It was better than the two for which I paid!!! Thank you soo much. I highly recommend this car wash even if you didn't get it free from Jim Butler Chevrolet. I was treated extraordinarily well as I had trouble inputting the password.

After Christmas my daughter and I were traveling back from Texas to Illinois. When we got to Fenton, I had no idea how to get out of all the flooding. One of your employees, I think his name was Justin, took his time to show me back roads on a map in order to try to get us on our way to Illinois. I can't think Justin and his team enough for taking the time with me. They did not have to do that, and I was just about in tear. I can't thank him enough, and I truly hope you commend him for his efforts. What outstanding young man!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Fast, friendly service. Bathrooms are always clean. Coffee's always hot and fresh. (If not they're brewing another right now!)

Didn't use the car wash actually, lol had to duck in to avoid traffic jam in the parking lot there. So my husband, myself, and a friend, sat in our car ac blasting in a car wash being stared at by old ladies that cause traffic jam in first place. Oh well place seemed clean enough and maintained. Thou not ideal hangout in heat of day. Unless u are washing your car🤔😊

Easy to get in and out of and the pumps are fast.

No one wants to listen to loud TVs when pumping gas. Turn it down or OFF

Maybe the only gas station in America that doesn’t coffee every single morning at 6 AM. Told them three days in a row that the coffee machine was not working correctly five people in there no one can fix it. They all just stand around talking to each other.

The assistant manager and her colleague were making fun/ talking bad about a customer who was paying in change. There is no reason to belittle or make fun of someone just because their wealth status or how they pay. I think as a manager there should be more professionalism. I am a former manager and would not allow this type of manor in my establishment.

The worst gas station in the area. Not only were the employees (the old man and manager) making jokes how women are stupid they refused my service because I had a $100 bill. The car wash never works and I have had a car wash operator tell me I needed to wait for him to finish his phone call before he would pull me into the car wash. This place is a joke

Normally I always get very good service. Me and my boyfriend went in to buy scratchers today. I asked the associate that was working named Rachel which ones were the best and we’re winning the most. She told me “you just need to be direct with me on what you want, I’m not in a very good mood”. Then when we were checking out I saw the total wasnt what I wanted it to be. Then she went on to say “you’re annoying me you should know your own total and what you got”. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. This was on 10/21/21 10:23 pm at the gravois bluff blvd location

if i could give a negative star, i would. theres nothing good to say about this place, they literally serve bad gas. i pumped gas there the other day, and come to find out, it was water and my car broke down about 2 miles down the road, i had to get it towed and now my car doesn't run and is completely useless, and the employees are of absolutely no help whatsoever. do not waste a dime of your money at this station. you've been warned.

I went to this gas station to buy a pack of Marlboro Menthol Lights.
A TON of people must ask for this everyday.
The passive aggressive guy behind the counter reaches for a pack of Marlboro Blacks.
I say, "No, Marlboro Menthol lights. They're in a mostly white and green box."
He says, "No, that's what you asked for. Did you mean Special Blend?"
"No. Marlboro Menthol Lights, or whatever they're called now. They're to your left."
Finally, he picks up what I asked for and points out that the correct name is "Marlboro Menthol Gold Packs!!!"
Forget this place. I've gotten better service at the Pink Elephant right down the road.

Always wanting to know if I want a dang carwash. If I want a freaking carwash I will buy one. I don't need to press no before I gas my vehicle up. Stop asking. It bums me out, takes to much time, and is annoying.

The employees at this location are very unprofessional. They were talking bad about another customer in front of me while I was trying to pay. The sad part is Mary has been there for quite some time as someone who holds the same position as her should know better than to speak rudely of loyal customers in front of other customers. DISGUSTING!

I went into the store stood by the register both employees at like i was invisible while the kindly took care of bout 25 other people who walked in after me. I stayed just to see how long my black skin was going to be invisible...
