I’ve been going to Sami for a few years now, and she’s the best. She’s very professional and knowledgeable and super patient. We’ve had fun picking out different hair extensions, creating a few highlight combinations and hairstyles over the years. She also never disappoints with the product recommendations.

5 STARS FOR MCKENNA. I was looking for a specific product that was out of stock everywhere.

Before coming to this Ulta in Leesburg, I had gone to Ulta in Dulles 28 Centre I entered the store and the floor staff was little to no help, a lady who did not even bother to check the back stock lead me to the floor where the product was clearly not there, assuring me that they did not have it. I spoke with another lady who redirected me to Ulta in Leesburg as 2 products of what I had wanted were there.

I entered Leesburg and a floor staff was about to clock out, but was kind enough to stay and help me look for the products, mind you there were only 2 in the store, but the staff unfortunately could not find what I was looking for. I had given up and decided to proceed with ordering it online, when MCKENNA asked if we found everything alright and I mentioned to her that we were looking for the OUAI DETOX Shampoo and she said, "we have 2 left!" McKenna, literally went above and beyond, she was super friendly, kind, and prompt. SHE ALSO KNEW WHAT WAS IN THE BACK STOCK THOUGH SHE WAS AT THE CASH REGISTER AND SHE LITERALLY INSTRUCTED HER COWORKER WHERE TO LOOK AND EVEN DESCRIBED THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR WITH SUCH DETAIL.

MCKENNA DESERVES A RAISE, she has literally been the kindest employee I've encountered at any ULTA Beauty.

Went in yesterday and was greeted immediately. They are always very nice in there. I was just looking around and they always had someone around in case you had any questions. Their lipsticks are always so beautiful. Wish they had more disposable makeup applicators to try on products. Very nice visit and even though i didn’t get anything workers were still extremely nice

Sami is a godsend. My teenager has been struggling with her hair being unruly and chaotic for a long time. I scheduled her an appointment for a clarifying treatment and cut with Sami and she left with a huge boost to her confidence. For the first time in her life, her hair was manageable and she couldn't stop looking at herself in the mirror. We have seen SO MANY different stylists and none of them have been able to get her hair under control. We are so so grateful for the information that Sami gave us to help keep her hair under control.

I always love coming to this Ulta Beauty store! The customer service and eagerness of the staff is impeccable, and they are always so helpful and kind. The store is clean and organized, I always order pick up from here and I am met with a smile everytime I come to pick up my products.

My wife and I came here together. There were lots of products she had been searching a while for here. It must be extra cool here because she kept pointing out potential anniversary, birthday and Christmas gift options too.

I got my hair done with Sami for the first time and the whole experience was so great. She is so friendly and welcoming and truly gives the best honest advice. I love how my hair looks and I can’t wait to come back!

I visited this location yesterday and was having a very hard time finding a foundation match. I had been waiting for someone to help me but I was patient because I could see they were all helping other people. Out of nowhere this really pretty and tall young lady came out of the blue with the most pleasant smile and calm demeanor. She immediately assessed that I needed a neutral undertone formula and picked samples for me to try and take home to decide. On top of that she took me to the perfume section and explained the difference between some of my favorite fragrances, made recommendations and gave me perfume samples to take home. I left smiling from ear to ear. Her name was Nancy! I will never forget her and pray that she is acknowledged for her exceptional customer engagement and marketing skills!!!

I love this store! Especially the Clinique section. The woman who works this area (I think her name is Wendy) is super professional and very helpful. Each time I have interacted with her I leave the store happy. The store is clean, bright, and welcoming. So many beauty options under one roof! The only issue I have with the store is the parking situation, but that’s not their fault. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I have been coming to Sami ever since my other Ulta location didn’t have an availability in the time frame I needed. She always makes me feel like a new person when I leave. I’ve gotten hair cuts, root touch ups, and blowouts by her.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND SETTING A HAIR APP WITH SAMI!

Great experience at the hair salon! I am very particular with my hair dressers and looked up reviews for hairdressers at Ulta. I found so many great reviews for Sami. So I booked an appointment and OH MY GOODNESS. She did such a great job. My hair is full and bouncy. Wow she cut it so well. Love it, highly recommend!

This past weekend I went to the Leesburg,Va Ulta. I wanted to update my look after being at home or behind a mask. The experience from the time I walked in the door was wonderful. It was very obvious that the associates that worked there really enjoyed their job and work environment. They worked together as a team and were very knowledgeable of their products. If they were unsure of something they took me to another associate that had more background in they product they thought would be good for me. I had been to other Ulta stores and would not return because they thought they knew better what I should use and in the end I had makeup that caked up on my face and had to be thrown away. They listened to me here and I now have products I can quickly apply every day with a very natural look. Thank you to everyone that helped me Saturday. I will definitely be back!

Brought my brother in for assistance in choosing skincare products and Kyle in Clinique was able to walk us through each stage to consider when choosing. We picked up a few items for myself and my brother to start. Kyle was very informative and helpful, will be returning!

Sami always does an AMAZING job! She is a perfectionist and I always love what she does!

Ashley was amazing! Walking into a retail store 2 days before Christmas, Ashley took her time with me to explain different types of make up to this makeup virgin. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy a certain type of makeup. Ashley was extremely professional. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Each time I go in with my wife the staff is always on point. They suggest new items and even suggest items that fit her skin tone. We have never had a bad experience and the staff doesn't hide from you when you have that 'I need help finding something face.' So for all you ladies out there Ulta is THE place if you want an Absolutely Amazing make-up buying experience.

Tory was helping me at the store today. She was so sweet and helpful. This Ulta is bigger and nicer looking than the one at Dulles. I was impressed. My first time there today and I have a feeling I'll be back frequently.

I booked an online appointment at Ulta Salon and was helped by Sami. I have to say, Sami is hands down one of the best stylist if not the best stylist I’ve had touch my hair. I had scheduled a root touch up because I felt like that’s what I needed after getting highlights a couple months back but boy, was I wrong. Sami sat me down and gave me an honest opinion of what I should have done. Long story short, I went with a reverse balayage and it came out absolutely gorgeous. I loved the color. It was well blended, not stripy just completely perfect. She also cut and styled my hair. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. I recommend Sami 100%! You won’t be disappointed to book with her.

The staff here were helpful and informative. I came in with an idea of what I needed, but not much knowledge regarding makeup. The staff asked me if I needed help, helped me find the products I was looking for, and gave product advice to help make my makeup process easier and better for my skin. Its also located in a nice walking area next to restaurants, a fire pit, and a theatre.
