Sangrita is such a sweetheart, I was lost in the store since I haven’t been here in 7 years she instantly helped me, walked me to the dress shirts and even gave me advice. As well here sales are great coming from someone who works in retail, I’ll put it this way in a 3 minute checkout she got me approved for a card that I didn’t know I wanted went over all the deals with it, then gave me the product while also coordinating with her bosses that she needed more card approval discounts so she could save me 35%.

Had a really good shopping experience. This is a good location I think. Store is not too overwhelming. I mean that in size of the store. Staff was very friendly and polite. Saying hello to customers almost seems like a rare thing these days, but their staff was Excellent. We got some fantastic deals. I wouldn't mind at all to come back again.

I have always loved the store! I just visited the other day and it's just a great place! It reminded me of all of my favorite JCPenney stores. Clean and nice people and really good clothes and nice things for the house. I will definitely be back there

Great big and tall section gotta do some searching but they have sizes up to 54x32 in men's. Tried them on and realized I haven't checked my size in quite some time and needed some smaller sizes in mens

Elder check out man was super nice. One young lady didn't laugh at my employee discount joke though. I might not be funny 😂😆

This review is for my experience at this locations salon. I go to this location because of the salon manager "Sara",when I say that she is AMAZING I really mean that! She does exactly what you ask her to do every time. That is refreshing, she has lots of great ideas and does fantastic work.I call her my "hair artist!"I've never met a stylist who goes so far above and beyond for her clients to ensure that they feel both comfortable and beautiful by the time they leave her chair!I will continue to go to this location for as long as she's there.She truly makes me feel beautiful with how she colors and styles my hair!Thank you Sara,you are a ROCK STAR!!!

My wife spent hours trying to find a place to get our kid a hair cut for the first day of school and wasn't having any luck. On a whim she stopped in at the salon inside JC Penneys. Amanda was the only one working. She was so accommodating and fit them in between color appointments. She did an amazing job and was very friendly! My wife and child were very happy with the cut and experience and said they really liked Amanda and would be going back for the next hair cut.

Love this store. Usually order online and ship to store. The back register online department is always on top of things and everyone who works there is chatty, classy and kind. They are quick and informative. Great place to shop!

There are a lot of great sales. I especially like shopping for out of season clearance items. They mark down items 70-80%. I saved a ton buying jackets and sweaters in July. I like the selection of name brands. They have a great selection on home items too, with good prices on everyday things. Staff are friendly as well. I find that the stand alone store is more convenient and nicer than the ones in malls.

I LOVE this store. I choose to go out of my way to go to this store instead of the closer stores to my house. I have never had a bad experience here. They always have what I am looking for and the associates are so attentive. I opened my JCP card here which I use all the time. All smiles at the checkout! Highly recommend this location to anyone! I love this place. Everything you could need, never very busy. It's super clean store with friendly staff. I have been helped several times and always offered a warm hello and come again. Very professional!

Patti in the curtain department was so awesome. JC Penny should be very proud to have her working for them. She was the most kind and patient helpful in everything she did for me. BEST EXPERIENCE I have had there yet. Please give Patti a big AWESOME thanks for her talent dealing with customer's. A bonus or raise wouldn't hurt either!!!!

Their were two ladies working the fine jewelry department today. I received excellent service from both of them! It is my daughters 50th birthday this month and they were so helpful! I'm very thankful for their help!
