Love this place! Amazing wine selection and the chicken chipotle sandwich was so good. Everyone here is so warm and friendly.

I had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Chipotle Sandwich at The Olive Market's deli, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the chicken was incredibly tender. The chipotle gave it just the right amount of kick without overpowering the other ingredients. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to The Olive Tree Market. Highly recommended!

I live in La Jolla but come here all the time because the girlfriend lives next door. The wine selection is great, the staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. They have a hot sauce corner of the shop that's so good! Haven't been to the restaurant next door but the market is awesome.

Great little grocer. Had everything we needed, including wine for our cruise cabin. Friendly, courteous employees, and a little of everything.

Fantastic market with one of the best delis in SD. If you're having a beach picnic, hit this spot up for some sandos and some of their amazing selection of beverages. All the people who work here are wonderful. Can't wait for my next visit!

I always love going to this place to get ! sandwich. its rich with tradition and the food is fantastic. can't beat it for fresh food. Cris has the a great staff and will treat you right. I grew up just blocks away and he has always been the best. your Dad was great too!

I've been coming here for 30 years But now live in another state. Whenever I come back to visit it's always a must stop because their sandwiches are just as good as they always were. They use Boars Head products.

Excellent selection of Locally made Bread Breads. Deli Salads made in house. Craft Beer, and tons of non alcoholic drinks. Buy everything you need to make food at home including roasted chicken and condiments OR get a sandwich made for you. Don't forget to add one of the delicious locally made cookies of the counter when you check out!

Fantastic specialty shop for craft beer, select groceries, and fresh meats and deli. Solid sandwiches and an excellent selection of beer and wine. Location is convenient, people are courteous yet relaxed, and prices are reasonable for a small grocer. Plus Julian Pies! I'm happy to support this store

I used to live in OB and went to Olive Tree all the time, and this deli and South Beach fish tacos are the only reason I keep coming back since moving out of the neighborhood. The deli is great and the George Washington is my favorite sandwich in all of SD, but it's worth going to the market just to check out the eclectic mix of goodies they carry. They have Julian Apple Pies! And Salsa Chileana (my favorite salsa) and a wonderful beer and wine selection. The staff is really friendly and some of them have been there for many many years.
Pro tip: their sandwiches are really popular and the wait can be a while so I always call my order in ahead of time.

Olive Tree Market Place has the best selection of products and the absolute finest deli in San Diego. I’ve been a customer since 1987 and the store has been top notch each and every year ran perfectly. I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates excellence!

Such happy people. Joking with guys at the register. New years morning they were friendly and helpful. Made fresh coffee quickly. Sliced my bread for me. Great variety of foods, beverages and groceries. Always been my #1 place to get my groceries when I visit OB.

This is my favorite little corner shop ever. I live about two blocks away and I get worried if ever having to move because I would not want to move away from this store. The staff is unbelievably friendly. It’s truly like a small town store vibe- something you cannot get anywhere else! They have an amazing beer selection at all times. The rotisserie chickens are DELICIOUS (for such an amazing price)!!! The deli sandwiches are out of this world. I can go on and on. If I could give this place more than five stores, I would. Probably my favorite place in all of San Diego!!
