Well this store looks like it’s going out of business there was stuff all over the store floor but I will say this is a busy location so I can’t really blame them if the customers did that but all in all it’s a good place to get some clothes on budget and if you are a bigger person like me they have all sizes.

Most of the items here good quality. But sometimes can't find th right size .

Surprisingly everything was in its place and it was clean, the clothes selection wasn't bad.

Burlington Coat Factory in Dearborn is a great place to find discounted clothing, home goods, and more. They have a wide selection of items at affordable prices, so you're sure to find something that catches your eye. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Overall, it's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. The only confusing part is their closing time. It always say says midnight online, but depending on the day they close somewhere between 10 to 11.

Aubrey went above and beyond looked 3 times for my layaway and found it she was well spoken very friendly she deserves recognition for outstanding customer service on 6/7/23 around 4pm I appreciate her so much !!!

Catherine, the Greeter, is so pleasant and helpful she really sets the tone for the store. Customer service at checkout is fast and friendly. I haven't shopped at this location for a long while and I have noticed Great improvements that have been made especially in the cleanliness and organization of the store in general.

A good place to buy goods and clothes for less price

Loved this place.. went across from the Windsor Detroit border. Got some very good deals.

This Burlington location has come a long way! I was there a week ago. They are very organized clean and the layout is easy to follow around and not get lost. Their selection has also gotten bigger and just looks more modern. I do plan on going again because there was no struggle or issues going in the first time. Very clean and starting to feel like going to another tjmaxx or Marshall’s now which is a longs way to what Burlington use to be!

As an employee here I can say that I absolutely love this place! It has made a tremendously turn around since last year being a customer! I love the new remodeling and the new management! I came in looking for a job, filled out the app, & got a job within a couple of days! I couldn’t be more happier as a customer and employee! Also I’m very pleased with the management ☺ Firm and straightforward like a boss should be! I can feel great things happening for this store today and inthe near future!

This store has never looked better since they hired Service Manager Jim. I met him the other day and he was such a courteous respectful person. I was coming here to review the Dearborn store and was shocked to see some of the reviews. I being middle eastern did not feel this man was racist in any way. I will be shopping this store again more frequently because of Jim!!!
