DXL Big + Tall

Being a tall heavy set guy is always challenging, but my local DXL store and website make life a little easier. The clothing line is stylish and not just oversize sell off items. The sales personnel are friendly and courteous. I hope they never go to an "all on-line" business model because you can't replace the in-store dressing room. It saves time and money trying clothes on in store when possible. On-line returns at the store are easy, too. DXL is 5 out of 5 stars with me.

Sometimes, it’s difficult to find quality big and tall clothes, this place solves the problem. The staff is always polite and helpful too!

Also, you get what you pay for. DXL’s clothes are made to last, and most are 100% natural fibers (I despise polyester and acrylic). The store always has a diverse inventory that is perfect for every season or occasion. The accessories are nice too. Their signature cologne provides a lasting scent that is not overwhelming.

I’d rather spend a few hundred dollars on quality pieces from this store than buy fast ‘fashion’ from other vendors.
Quality > quantity

Parking is never an issue either, the store has reserved spaces in a garage.

Plenty of shoes, sneakers, and casual shoes in wide. I always had trouble finding wide shoes, and they have it all here. Great customer service, too! I'm definitely coming back.

Huge huge huge store. Was overwhelmed with the size. Thanks to the lovely lady that helped me out. She gave a me a personal tour of the store and how it was laid out. Then she even helped me pick out clothes that were my size. I will for sure be coming back!!! Great experience!!!!

Last minute shopping to get a suit for a wedding. I am so glad visited because Hirut really went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. She took a few measurements to be sure her recommendations would fit properly. She was very kind and offered useful advice to help me choose the best outfit.

The DXL Tysons Corner VA experience is the most pleasant clothes-buying visit I've had in a long time. I purchased a number of suits and accessories. As in perhaps all retail stores, they are under staffed. However, the sales staff were very attentive and worked with the customers in a round-robin timeshared fashion (each customer takes a turn in sequential fashion to receive an amount of time and attention) which actually worked out quite well. At no time did I feel forgotten or ignored in favor of someone else. I drove 50 miles one-way to get to DXL because of their large stock. Their selection was impressive in quantity, quality, and brand diversity. I was very pleased with the purchase experience, In particular, Joe, my salesman, provided very good advice and enabled me to understand their brand positioning, associated cost, quality, current styling, and so forth. I was a bit concerned that being in super-crowded Tysons Corner VA, parking would be hard to find. But plenty of parking was available in the same building, just a short walk and an elevator ride away. Finally I was very pleased that they recommended alterations by a tailor I'm experienced with in Leesburg (Lansdowne Town Center). Surprisingly, prices were reasonable, actually somewhat less than I have been paying elsewhere, for example, at a store in Oakton. In conclusion, an excellent clothes-buying experience. Will definitely buy again. Looking forward to my next visit for summertime. Recommended. Rates an A+

The staff were beyond amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. I finally found a place to buy some of the clothes that I have been unable to purchase in my size for years. It brought me to tears. I was just so happy to see so much selection of sizes in all the brands that I love to wear. Would highly recommend!

Went in to exchange 2 shirts. Process was easy and seamless. Sales guy helpful and pleasant with finding replacements for the exchange. Great customer service

This is a GREAT store for the stylish big man. I was able to get some really nice tshirts and sweaters for my husband that fit him wonderfully. I like that they have good fashionable brands like Vineyard Vines, Ralph Lauren, and Brooks Brothers. The store manager said all of the clothes are made/sized specially for them. So Vineyard Vines is usually cut slim but they made them roomier for the larger man. And the store manager, who I think was the only one working there on that day, was very helpful about showing me where things were and answering my questions.

I shopped at Tysons Corner VA. Other than the difficulty I had in finding the correct place to park and enter (totally my fault) the store was well laid out and had exactly what I needed.
