AT&T Store

Hailey was so amazing! I had upgraded my phone a couple weeks prior, and when I brought my old phone back to turn in, she helped me. Even though she wasn't my original salesperson, she took care of me like I was family. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and super helpful. She had a great attitude, and made trading in my phone an easy experience. She even went out of her way to make sure all of my apps were transferred, as well as my passwords. Thank you so much Hailey!

This place is amazing and so are the people that work there!! Manager Nick took such good care of me that I felt like I was at my own home being helped by family! Switching from Verizon to here was the best decision I ever made, and the transition was smooth thanks to Tina, Sen and Hailey. Thank you to you all!

I have experienced problems with a land line for over a month, calling the 1800AT&T only to get the run around. Went into the AT&T store in Taylor MI, NICK the manager worked on my issue for over an hour, with much needed results. Thank you so much.

The Manager Steve was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Even though his site wasn’t the cause of my problem. He was very kind and gracious on helping with my resolution. Great leadership, well done Steve!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Nick whom I believe is the store manager. He was very knowledgeable about products and services and he was a pleasure to work with. He also was very knowledgeable on how devices work, etc. he went out of his way to help me with my issues, and I am very appreciative of him for that. I will be back to work with him again!!!

What can I say? The service of Hailey Lopez and Tina Smetka was beyond exemplary. So great, and felt like we were all that mattered. Genuinely. I absolutely recommend you make the wisest decision and vist them for your next phone purchase.

Staff here is awesome! We came in from out of state and added 2 new lines, 4 watches (Apple and Samsung) and Hailey and Nick were quick to help and get us all set up. They even let our puppy come hang out!

Hailey and Aaron helped me and the service was quick and efficient. They were very helpful and helped me set up my new phone and put the screen protector on the phone for me.

At first, walking in. I had a modem that had burned out due to the ongoing power surges after a power outage. I was told that the store doesn't have replacements in the store. So needless to say I was a bit cranky. But Tina was very patient with me. And set me up an appointment to have a new fiber optic line run to the house. Was set to 2 days later. Service man Dave was on time. Kept me informed. And did a great job. 👍 Thank you.

Bri was super helpful! All of our questions and concerns regarding transferring information from one phone to another was answered, plus we were able to purchase a screen protector that she was able to put onto the phone too! We had a great experience!

I lost my phone! Nick quickly helped me log in and locate it. But, then I was locked out and he got it opened right up for me. Everyone was very polite and willing to help! Thank you Nick!

Had to get a new phone cause I dropped a weight on my old one LoL! Came here at 10:30am last Saturday and saw Hailey who helped me out. What a nice young woman.. very helpful and knowledgeable and patient as well! She got me all hooked up and downloaded with my new iPhone and it was truly painless. Thank you!
