Customer service is excellent and employees are great.

I don't go in often, but it's clean, everything is easy to find and the staff are outstanding.

Was Looking for A Black Bottle Whiskey, Cashier and Manager went Above and beyond to help!!! Didn't have it, and wasn't Sold in Virginia, Manager gave me a link to message, Central Warehouse to say what i was looking for, and may they start sending it Virginia!!! SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MY FIRST TIME AT THIS ABC STORE!!!! I will be sharing and telling my friends to Come HERE!! THANK YOU BOTH

Best location in Richmond. Staff is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. The guy who runs this location is absolutely fantastic and I will never go to another location If I don't have to.

I always forget about this location, even though it's a bigger store. Great variety open until 10pm I believe.

Since recently moving back from Williamsburg (a&) even before the store has become my favorite in RVA.
All of the associates are nice but Tia is always very professional, great personality and she has a great smile! That’s even with her past on.Lol
Also she is very passionate with helping customers.

Very polite and helpful staff! They didn't have what I was looking for so they called around, found it and had them hold it for me to pick up the next day!

They are super cool here. Always go out of there way to help me find the drink I'm looking for even if they don't have it in the store.

Very clean business. Good customer service. Need more employees on hand to assist with customers. Long wait at the check-out. Just one cashier and employee in the whole store.
