I came to Johnstown Jewelers because of all the wonderful reviews and so very glad I did ! I brought my husband’s necklace in to have a new clasp put on . The work was great, done quickly and necklace was cleaned up and looked like new ! Very friendly , will definitely be back!!

My mother passed unexpectedly, and being in the jewelry business, she had some exquisite pieces. Unfortunately, I couldn't wear the rings. I took them to a reputable jewelry store and what I got back was so disheartening. I've known John and Moona and know they do outstanding work. I took the engagement ring in, devastated over the state it was in. They fixed it. They were able to keep the mounting, reset it with a gorgeous Amethyst and fix the botched job. Yall, trust Johnstown Jewelers. They are honest, and their designs are so artistically amazing, they'll get it right every time.

JohnStown Jewelers is extremely knowledgeable, honest and personable. I trust them completely - not only on my repairs and restringing pearls but also for new jewelry as I know that every piece I buy is of the highest quality. I have a ring that John designed that has the most beautiful sapphires that I have ever seen. The selection of jewelry is incredible and if you don't see what you're looking for, your piece can be designed and custom made for you.

Yesterday, I took my daughter's very delicate bracelet there with a broken clasp. They called me this morning to tell me it was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, the owner said no charge. I highly recommend this jeweler. Their jewelry is beautiful.

I had an amazing experience at this Jewelry spot. I was able to get a 14 Karot, pink emerald piece for an unmatchable price. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Rhonda, in particular, was very professional and attentive. My wife and I went here to have some work done on our wedding bands. Rhonda made sure the work on our bands, which was done immediately on site, was perfect and to our satisfaction. While waiting, we were able to browse through their breathtaking, completely custom inventory. Truly quality and one of a kind jewelry at an honest price. I highly recommend Johnstown Jewelers on Jamestown Road for jewelry repair or design. I have been a resident in Williamsburg for twenty-five years and have yet to find a jeweler who takes a personal interest in customers so that his/her clients can be better served. I was fortunate enough to have found Moona at Johnstown Jewelers. She is a knowledgeable and experienced jeweler who is willing to stay beyond working hours to answer my questions or to complete work by a certain date. If I could have given 10 stars I would have! I have lived in Williamsburg over 18 years and been to many jewelry stores during that time. Never have I been treated so well and the quality of all the jewlery is by far superior! If you need jewlery and reasonable pricing for superior quality this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. If you don’t see what you want in the jewlery cases do not worry Moona and Randa will find out what you want and get it made for you. I did this and it did not just meet my expectations but far exceeded them.

Great personal service and no pressure to purchase. I am very happy with the beautiful chain I bought from them to replace the one eaten by my washing machine. I also appreciated that they are requiring masks.
