Came here yesterday to get some games for my nephew and I was blown away by the customer service. I didn't catch the person's name who was helping me but they were absolutely lovely and I know I'll be coming back to this location. Managers give the person who was working by themselves yesterday a raise!!!

Great store, staff are super casual and friendly, knowledgeable about their games and systems, and willing to take the time to ensure you're satisfied. We recently had an issue redeeming a trade credit: the manager, Judson, not only took the time to call corporate for help, but then subsequently solved the problem himself after customer service told him what we wanted wasn't possible. Thank you!

Always great stuff at this location, not just video games but collectibles too. They have some of the hard to find Power Ranger series figures, and there is a very polite and friendly girl working there who is very helpful.

I've been going here quite often, and I do believe I prefer here over many other locations. The building was neatly organized & well kept; staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and were more than helpful with any questions I had.

Phenomenal customer service. Staff are extremely patient and very kind to ASD customers. They interact with my kids and talk to them about Pokemon, video game characters, Minecraft secrets, etc.
I don't have time to play all the games they like. Having cool grown-ups who understand them is a big deal.
My kids feel included and get a pretty good return on investment when the sell their games.
This store has a good selection of Nintendo DS and Switch games!

DeVonte was awesome. I think I spelled his name wrong but he gave awesome customer service and was knowledgeable about the products. He helped me pick out the perfect stylus for my D.S.

Always excellent service and it's never really packed I would call a head though if your trying to get a game so they can hold for you if you go online see they have a game don't call and then go and think they have it it'll be either held by someone else who called in or gone by the time you get there

One of the best Gamestop. With very knowledgeable employees. They always have the best selection for physical games and always have deals going on. Either it be merchandise or product. I have been going to this location since i was 10 years old. Everytime i need help or need something for my nintendo. They always have me covered. From time to time i have had to tell GameStop about upcoming release dates they have not updated.

I swear I love this place the best GameStop I have been to in years! I go there very often and love the staff they are amazing and such nice people always wanting to help you if you need it. Brad and Joseph are such amazing people when it comes to customer service, I definitely recommend this Gamestop to EVERYONE living in the area and people living close by. :>

I went to sell my game console and after looking it over, the Gamestop rep advises me to come back the next day so I could get more credit for it if I'm not in a hurry. I did just that and sure enough, got more credit for the trade. He has my thanks for the recommendation!

The two clerks were very friendly and helpful, Dionte, she was very patient with my questions and helped us with a good deal.

A great Gamestop with a good selection and customer service. If they don't have what you need, they always try to direct you to where you CAN find it. Great spot to look for games or accessories.
