My fifth time going to the store for posters and large banners for community events, the staff at the printing station are super helpful. Some even when behind their service to make sure everything is in the right fonts, margin, and sizes before sending it out to print. A Big thank and kuddo to the the staff.

I'd like to give Nancy Martinez a round of applause! She goes over and beyond when it comes to customer service. My mother comes in for all her virtual assistant print job and content work. She's attentive, patient, kind, creative and overall a quick problem solver. If she doesn't know something she always finds out the correct and accurate information. I appreciate her for providing the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Nancy!!

One of the few shops in town that is open until 9 PM. Store is well-stocked and easy to navigate. Saved me when my office accidentally got the wrong kind of markers the day before a major leadership summit! Friendly staff, too.

I want to say Kaylee, at Sacramento Staples, went above and beyond in helping us not only get our legal records copied and printed, she did it with a smile!

I do have to say Staples needs more employees though! You short change your staff only short changes your customers. Staples Grass Valley needs more employees. I saw customers be completely rude to Employees that can only do one thing at a time. It’s not only unfair to your employees, it’s rude to other customers that understand people are incapable of helping 20 people at once! Shout out to Jessica who had 7 people trying to get help, get directions and want attention immediately! If you had more employees, you would not have unhappy customers! It’s impossible! Staples to cut employees without cutting customers! Please wise up!

Five stars for the staff. I came in to pick up something I ordered online, but it wasn't in stock so they couldn't give it to me. The guy who told me - I think his name was Cory? - could have stopped there, but he took the time to help me find an alternative so I didn't leave empty-handed. Really appreciated the extra effort.

Clean, Easy to Navigate, shelves are stocked. Nice clearance section. All Staples stores in Sacramento have the same layout which is much appreciated!

I came in to find ink for my printer that I bought on amazon. I was getting frustrated after a few minutes and an employee offered some help. He couldn't find the ink and helped me to find ink on amazon. One big takeaway from this experience is that staples ensures that they have ink for all the printers sold through them. I'll definitely shop local and buy my next printer from here.

The store was clean, organized and well staffed when I stopped in. It is conveniently located off of I5 with plenty of places to eat and refuel if you need to.

This is my favorite Staples. At the package drop-off counter, people are kind, helpful, and enthusiastic. This is the only place I will drop off packages. I trust them 100%.

Excellent Customer Service

I ran out of toner for my office printer and went to Staples tonight. The Salesman helped me right away and directed me to the cartridges for my printer. Thought the price was high but he informed me if an item in the store is cheaper on Amazon they will honor the price. He looked up the toner on Amazon with his phone and it was much cheaper. I saved $20. When I went to purchase the item, the line was long and the store opened two more registers to accommodate people. Think I will start shopping more often at Staples don't have to pay shipping costs.

This Staples has the most friendly people in the morning! If you go there at 8 am you will have the best customer service experience ever. Rosemary from the Printing area is the BEST! She always goes far and beyond to help me and help others! Angelica from the cashier is a sweetheart as well! Thank you Staples Freeport in Sacramento for making our customers happy all the time and thank you for your hard Work! You two deserve recognition and I hope they recognize your great work at Staples! Keep up the great work!

Great customer service! PPE was being used! The item that was needed was not in the store. The person who helped went above and beyond to help! He found what was needed at another store. Paid for it their and it was waiting for me at the front desk of the other store! Thanks for the excellent customer service 😊🖖

Candee the Office manager is the best she went above and behon to get me a desk that they did not have in store and i wanted to have right a way she called 4 different locations and they did not have it she did not give up even thought she need to help other customers. Finally she told me what location had it was put it on hold for me she deserves a raise!

I was looking for ink cartridges for my printer and was confused on which one to purchase. I got customers assistance right away and was very satisfied with my purchase and the quality of service.

It was a good library i like how it has so many computers(cuz thats wat matters most)and they also hav a wii u there wich is great
