Went in just to check on how many payments I had left on my phone, left very happy and pleased. Ali helped me, he was super helpful not only with reading back to me how much I owe left in my phone, but finding a discount for me based on where I work, and bringing up a awesome promotion for a Apple Watch bogo that’s only costing me like $10 extra a month for 2 watches. Left super excited and satisfied. 11/10 service here. Highly recommend going in to talk to Ali!!!

Ali was very welcoming and very helpful. He guided my husband and I and explained everything that we needed to know. He was also very friendly and has great customer service!

The staff here is the best, they treat you with respect. Transitioning from another wireless service has been great due to the staff here. From the manager to his staff they have been amazing. They’ve gone above and beyond to assist us.

If you need a new cell phone or if you need phone or internet services, this is the place to go! Andrew treated me with respect and kindness. I am not the most tech savvy person, and they were so patient with me and really took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. It was a great experience, and I will definitely be back here again when I want to upgrade my electronics or add a new service to my plan.

Went in to upgrade our gb's and was helped and done within 5 mins and saved $$$ monthly. Very helpful and quick. The young man that helped also informed

Great customer service ! Julio was amazing! Went to this location about 20 mins before they closed and Julio was super quick about helping upgrade my moms iPhone. Amazing service the entire time! We were out of there by the time they closed with a new phone, accessories installed by Julio and a very happy mom. Thanks Julio !

Been with AT&T for years (10+) and I just received an extraordinary customer service experience. Yes, I've received great service in the past but this particular visit to the AT&T store at the South Sac/Meadowview location was just above and beyond! Jeremey was very helpful and patience with all my questions and concerns. He took the time to lay out all the details and provide us with enough information where I was comfortable to move forward with our purchase. Thank you to Jeremy and his staff members for all of their assistant in setting us up with 2 new phones (Note 9) and signing us up for internet and Direct TV. We will definitely continue our business & personal plans with AT&T.

Rav was AWESOME!!! She was so patient with us in helping us with getting our phones switched over and understanding the new plans. I have always liked the Meadowview store as the employees are so much nicer.

It took a while to get my stuff complete but that was due to the poor equipment and not at all to the workers. Mary Meraz was a great attendant who definitely helped me in my decision on the type of phone I needed and went out of her way to make sure I got what I went in for. If you have the option, I would recommend asking for her to help you.

My name is Richard LaBorde, I worked for 26 years, now I am retired. I am sure you know Nordstrom is known for their service. I went into your Meadowview store and Liam helped me. He was very busy with 4-5 customers coming in at once, he acknowledged everyone he helped each customer and gave them personalized service and it didn’t matter if it was a sale or service call. If he couldn’t help them, he told them how to solve their problem,
Hr was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient, what a great employee!
When he wasn’t there, Vivian was also very patient and a great help.
