This business was not busy at all. We plus an elderly gentleman were the only customers in the store. There was only one clerk. She was very nice. She was explaining how the points work to the gentleman in a way that he understood. She was taking her job seriously.

Wonderful customer service! Came in this afternoon with my 7 week old baby and found both women very helpful. One placed my future purchases behind the counter, while the other offered to bring my bags out to my car. Didn't catch either of their names, but I will happily make sure that I continue shopping at this location because of their kindness. And the shoes. Because the shoes are awesome.

The return process was super easy and convenient. The girl that took care is me was great and friendly. Too bad they didn’t have a larger mens shoe department. That’s the way it is.

A woman goes into a shoe store....sounds like a good start to a joke. However, this DSW, is no joke! Customer Service has been excellent everytime I come here. Today was no different. I couldn't pull up my e-coupon but the sales associate at the counter used hers. My 7 year old daughter had picked out a key chain and the sales associate spoke directly to her "would like to keep this out?" and "would you like me to cut the tag off for you". The whole 15mins on the way back home, my daughter was just smitten that "she was so nice, mom". Thanks for going the extra mile once again today!!

It was great, the employee's were very helpful always asking if we needed help, and they had assortment of sizes in just about everything we were looking for. The employee's also said if they didn't have a size we needed they would look in the back or order. Very nice customer service. 5 stars.

I love the staff there! I went in to buy a pair of shoes where I did not have enough money. The cashier asked what my ideal price was and then she gave me her employee discount! I was sooooo happy! that was so nice of her!

As usual I spent lots of time going through the vast selection, moderate pricing and comfortable atmosphere of the well organized collections in my favorite shoe store. Two pairs of shoe as well as two fantasticly fly purses brought joy to my experience. . .as usual. Treat your feet to style, your body to comfort and your pocket to a sweet deal.

Service here is really nice, the cashier had me to go on the website to get more discounts for my purchase. They have a good shoe selection for kids , males and females
