I love the atmosphere. The Halloween animatronics are amazing. There's always a deal on candy around Halloween too. A great store for various party supplies and ideas. Nice prices as well.

Very interesting! Halloween always brings out the fun people! They had a huge electric monster at the door that really made me scared . Everyone had a good laugh! It was funny!

Our trip to Party City was a good one! Staff was super helpful, the store is extremely well organized, and prices are economical. One item needed to be shipped, and since I was at the location when I set up home delivery on my telephone, Party City waived the shipping charge! That was a really nice online option. I highly recommend this store!

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service I received Saturday. Gabby really came to the rescue as I had forgotten to even place My order and My father was there to pick it up. I was on the road and managed to place the order and she flew into action to accommodate. Party city is a great store for all your party needs besides they can also deliver balloons so you don't have to worry about driving around with them which I find as a major plus

You want to meet the best employee ever go to this party City and go find momma Wendy I've never met an employee so wonderful I'm glad to have came across this woman while getting my daughter ready for prom. I now will go here for everything I need for the kids parties. Can't thank her enough

I am so grateful of the staff at Party City, Allen Park location. We put together a balloon release for one of my 5th graders who lost his battle to cancer....had a vendor to do the balloons and at the last minute she wasn't able to provide the balloons. I called Party City, an hour before the event, they took our last minute order over the phone and came through for me and my students! I sent 3 staff members to pick up, and they were ready when they arrived! Thank you soo much for making what I thought was about to be a disaster, a wonderful experience!

I went to this location for balloons for my son's 3rd birthday. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I was unaware they were closing. But, a staff member offered to help me find anything I was looking for before I checked out. I got quite a few balloons and had 2 small kids with me. Another staff member offered to help me take the balloons to the car. I didn't take him up on his offer, but it was very kind. The store was pretty clean. It was organized. All of the shelves were stocked. They had a pretty large selection. I was looking for "baby shark." There was a whole little section of party stuff in the themed area. The cashier was very friendly and made small talk with my kids. Overall, it was a great experience. We will return to this location.

Every time I have gone there with my son they always give him a ballon and today Vicky and the manager were awesome! One of the balloons I bought from Amazon had a hole in it and Vicky said it was ok to pick out one of their balloons in replacement and she blew it up since I already paid for the helium!! Awesome customer service!!

Love this Party City!! It is a fun place to shop at for all ages!! Party City has a wide range of themed party supplies, customs and holiday decorations. Items for baby and bridal shower as well as graduations, birthdays, and Halloween 🎃 preparation are available in the store! I always find what I’m looking for. The items are well stocked and organized, the place is neat. The employees are very helpful! Prices are a bit pricey!! But good quality party supplies are available at this store. I will definitely return!

Let me start off by saying Adaku is amazing. I walked in looking for balloons to celebrate my mothers retirement and immediately when she saw me struggling to pick the right balloons she came over and saved the day . Adaku put together a beautiful assortment of balloons for me in a short amount of time and even allowed me to come back and get more shortly after her store closed which I am beyond grateful she did. She is the superstar of her store and I will definitely be back again for more of my party needs in the future.

I love going down the party bag favors aisle. I can't go in this store without gabbing a few very inexpensive toys and candy for my kids. Couple bucks no matter what! Keeps my 3 year old happy with a 50 cent ball and 40 cent trumpet!

I always find what I’m looking for, I even found good stuff for gender reveal , never order ballons on line other than party city, it will cost you way more. I bought the very big ballon for gender reveal from target online for $26; and I inflated it at party city, while all together from the actual balloon + helium cost $6 at party city
