The gentleman the associate on duty was doing it was an awesome he did a great job he was very friendly I liked how they had the key the key for the restroom was was attached to like a bucket a little like a little small little bucket a little pail it was kind of interesting the store was very well clean kept and maintained and the gentleman was very friendly and it was just a great place I like 7-Elevens don't you I love those slurpees but I didn't have time for a slurpee today wonderful wonderful Charlottesville Virginia has some awesome awesome 7-Elevens inside their Exxon stores

Really just in and out pretty quickly. I like the taquitos they have there and their slurpees.

Let them do that whole pack with him friendly people

Very fast in and out Reason for 4 not 5 stars was the food. I understand it a convenient store but 711 in the morning should have breakfast bites. They did not. So i got a rew odd things. Most ok. Lil tacos were more appealing to the eye than mouth

Wasn't anything special well stocked and cashiers were nice.

Ghetto! stay away! The clerk wanted to charge me for a bag, yes a bag! to bag the items I purchased, even tho I bought beer and by law it has to be bagged. Never again. He treated and talked to me like I was a no body, like I was a “thug”. Sad. I bet it was because I was a person of color. Do not support this 711.

Went into store a few minutes before midnight to make a purchase. Got into line like everyone else.
When approaching cashier, a guy behind me jumped in front of me and placed his 12 pack on the counter. When I said something to him he stated that he was just following the cashiers instructions. I then placed my item on the counter when the cashier motioned for the person behind me to get his alcohol purchase in before me. When I stopped this from happening a second time, the cashier looked at me and stated that all alcohol purchases had to be before midnight. I looked at the clock behind him and stated that he had 3 more minutes. He then told me that the clock was wrong, I stated that it was not my problem. Then, his fellow cashier stated that if they sold alcohol after midnight they would be fired. Then don’t sell it after midnight, I exclaimed. He said that he didn’t appreciate me disrespecting his fellow employee. I’m still not sure how he thought I was being disrespectful as his fellow employee was waiving people in line behind me to cut in front of me. Not sure who is in charge of that 7-11 circus.

Charges higher prices than what is shown on the shelf and won't change them or respect the listed prices.

Place is full of roaches. My skin is still crawling.

Very poor communication skills and very rude workers. Don’t really carry anything here. How is this a 7-11?

No one here but maybe one or two people on the night shift know what thier doing. Instead of fixing problems they tell you there is nothing they can do and usher you out the door. Quick stop was supposed to take 5 minutes took 15. Late to work and wasn't even allowed to make my purchase

Unapologetically refused to honor sale price that was posted (sign had no expiration date, only a “pull down” date in tiny print) because they failed to take down the sign. Total price difference was only a dollar, but it’s the principle. We will stop going here.

Been stopping every day for past seven years,now every time stop early morning doors locked sign reopen 4.30am thought was 24 hrs store,just going to find new coffee stop.
