Amazing record store that brings back that nostalgic feeling of looking through bins while listening to great music with the chance to nerd out. Morgan offered amazing service and has great music knowledge. You definitely can feel his love for the store and what he does. Morgan was able to order a couple of albums he didn't have stocked so I know I'll be back soon.

Earth River is awesome! Morgan set us up with a turntable and speaker for our son's 13th birthday even though the store was technically closed (he just happened to be there and let us in to look around). He worked with us through a turntable issue and got us up and happily playing tunes! Happy to have a record store in the Woodfin area that feels warm and inviting with lots of price ranges and genres to choose from. Thanks, Morgan!

Favorite record store in Asheville! The owner is super awesome, helpful and friendly. Great selection of records and have found myself spending an hour or two exploring and sampling music I've never heard. Always happy to go pay Earth River a visit 💚

I always go in looking for an album and come out with a stack of new finds. The staff is friendly and extremally knowledgeable.

Great record store! If you like classic rock, they have an excellent selection of quality finds throughout the collection. And I mean good stuff. Not just in the new arrivals section- the entire rocck collection is riddled with quality albums. Many first pressings and other rarer finds.
Follow them on social media, Morgan sets up at most pop-up markets as well. I originally discovered the shop through that, and finally made it to the store. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Great place. Plenty of variety and hard to find records, posters and promotional items. Fair prices and a great place to chill out and relax. Low key.

Wandered in here while I was looking for a bookstore. Awesome little store. The owner was a super cool guy who really knew his stuff. I asked for a pretty obscure record and he immediately price checked it online to see if he could source it for me. The selection was great and we found a few records at really good prices.

Coolest record store I’ve ever been to! Owners were super kind and incredibly helpful to someone who’s still very new to vinyl collecting. If you’re in the Asheville area, you gotta check this place out! These guys know their stuff!!!

Morgan is incredibly friendly, and they have one of the most impressive vintage selections I've seen in a long time. He will also spin a record if you ask him to, since he doesn't have a listening station yet. Will definitely be back!

If you love music / vinyl, you should check this place out. As with any great record shop, have a conversation with people about music ( as well as listen ) You never know what you will learn. It might even lead to getting your hands on some rare mint tunes. Or, finding your favorite new ones ! Owner is extremely well versed.
