For the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE you must go to the Del Paso Road location. Ambi was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable! She exhibited great patience with our questions and concerns, made the process of upgrading quick and painless. Everyone at this location is delightful.

We went into the store hoping to do a line transfer and Maria helped us get all the information we needed from my previous carrier and explained the new charges and billing in details. She was very professional and quick to get us what we needed to get done.

Maria is patient, kind, and does not oversell/push sells on you. She does convince you of the better alternatives which leads to being a great salesperson. She walked us through a difficult situation where my husband's phone just died and he was completely frustrated with technology and impatient with the process of buying a new phone and getting it functioning. We had to wait for his phone to arrive the next day but waited two more days to go in to get it because Maria had days off from work because we wanted to have the same understanding, patience, and great customer service we experienced when we first walked into this AT&T store. Thanks Maria for your help, consideration, patience, and pleasant personality.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone 6 to a 15. Angel was of great help in directing me to a 14 max pro as I needed a new phone that day and didn't want to wait a month for the 15. And she saved me about 500 bucks. She was great at downloading my new phone from the cloud and took the time to teach this old soul how to use the 14. Extremely pleased with the service she provided and there was no wait time as I was helped as soon as I walked in the door.

Came in for an upgrade and got to work with Maria. Excellent customer service made the process smooth and quick. Took care of everything in one visit!

Came tonight to get a new sim for my mom’s phone. The assistant manager Jasmine was so patient with my elderly mother and helped us do everything we needed to. Before going in, I had called the AT&T customer service line 3 times and they were not helpful. Not only was so patient, she was kind and understanding of our situation. Highly recommend this location. Ask for jasmine!

Not often do I find myself reviewing places ,however, I feel inclined due to the pleasant experience Ambi nurtured. shopping was made stress free and she was able to answer my countless questions without skipping a beat.
