Rite Aid

The store is clean, organized, well stocked and the employees are all polite. I would rather shop at Rite Aid then any other pharmacy. Their renovations have made such a difference and they are well organized.

While visiting Sacramento from Tennessee, stopped at rite aid which used to be our favorite spot when we used to live in California to get ice cream.
It was about 20 minutes till close and the ice cream area had already started to shut down, But there was a worker named Shalini there that had compassion for us in our favorite ice cream place.
So she went ahead and left ice cream section open and we were able to get our cotton candy ice cream Thank you Shalini.

The Rite Aid on Del Paso is my “go-to”
Everyone there especially the pharmacy associates always takes care of me. And I never have to wait long for my prescriptions to be ready like I did with Walgreens!

Very Clean store, was able to find just what I was looking for with ease. Employees were nice and respectful.

I wanted to say thank you to KYLE. I guess he was the only one staff during the Saturday night, me and my wife were looking for a ointment but we couldn’t find it from shelf. Kyle came to the Shelf from counter and helped us to find it. Even though we figured that it’s out of stock Kyle recommended us to try a few other options. When Kyle back to counter there was already a long line… thank you Kyle.

I am completing a review on this particular store, ie Pharmacy because I received exceptional service! I would not normally rate a pharmacy.. A bedside manner only a person who cares can give! Fatima who works in the Pharmacy showed compassion, patience, knowledge and professionalism that I've never seen at a Pharmacy! I was not treated like a number or a policy premium but, a human! Thank you Fatima! More success and greatness is assured to come your way! Again, thank you! A super grateful customer! I hope they recognize the Greatness in you!

Soheila was very helpful in providing excellent customer service, her sense of humor and ability to ensure customers are happy is beyond impressive. No matter how many times I have been at this store, she has always been kind in her services. You all have an excellent employee, I keep coming back because of her customer service.

Always come in, great staff and customer service. They are always very welcoming. And one particular staff name Kia is always helpful with me in the store. Never had any issues!

One of the Best Rite Aid Stores in Sacramento. They Provide good customer service and the guy who works as a store ambassador always make sure that you find everything alright in the store.
