Me and my husband will only deal with akia when we go in there for anything including just to pay a bill. She is very nice & also trys to help us as best to her ability. Always getting us the best deals.

I went in to exchange a USB cord that had stopped working after less than 2 months. I was told that I had to return to the store I bought it at because they were a corporate store and I had bought it at an 'authorized dealer'. I was kinda upset because I was unable to return to the place of purchase due to distance and lack of funds. I returned to the car, a relative with me gave me some money to go back in to purchase a new cord. Upon re-entering the store, one of the employees asked the type of cord I needed and gave me a cord for free. I am guessing it was an extra that they use in store, as it was not in a package. Thank you to the male employee who did this for me. It was much appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me out!

The Technicians were very nice and professional the other two Technicians were very friendly and helpful and asked if we needed help with anything else they went above and beyond great customer service.

This store is Great ! I've been shopping there for many years ! Today Suzie waited on me my Moto phone sound just stopped working she was So Professional and the Manager and other staff great to ! If you are a Metro customer yoully love this location, I'm grateful for there excellent service. 😁

Been with them 21yrs...so guess I like them..dont agree on things that have changed. It now feels like their not caring about the customers anymore and they don't honor nothing sad

Sarah was super helpful in helping me decide a new phone and helping me transfer my photos especially when my phone was about to die and wasn't charging properly she was extremely helpful
