Big 5 Sporting Goods

As always this store was well stocked and had just what I was looking for. (Most recently I bought a mid-range pump-style pellet gun -it rocks)
They seem to Always have excellent deals on pocket, work and hunting knives Ditto on sunglasses. Great place to buy shoes as well- from running to climbing and from hiking shoes n boots to work-boots, there are always lots to choose from at a nice range of price points. Also, watch their ads on the newspaper inserts... great deals.
I recommend them without hesitation.
As for mask wearing, they remain in total compliance. Thank you Big5 !

This store has been here as long as I can remember. I was looking for weight lifting gloves. A helpful employee directed me to where there were numerous choices. Easy quick check out and I was on my way.

This place always has what we need and we've tried several different big 5 stores .

Massive selection of lures, rods, reels, and terminal tackle, and some fresh live bait to keep you stocked and ready. Employees are always willing to help.

The people who work here are really nice and helpful. Running low on some items but they carry a fantastic collection of fishing gears.

My favorite place to buy athletic shoes (specifically Nike shoes). Hopefully there will be more Big 5 stores opening in the Sacramento area. Huge assortment of products for all types of outdoor activities.

Best place to go if your trying to look for a great deal on gym wear or a sports item. Best thing to do is get on their Eteams to get emails on the hottest deals every week and save even more money.

I called to check inventory and they quickly found the item and provided the price. They were helpful when I visited the store as well.

I got me a bike beach cruiser with 7 speeds, customer service was great they even took it out to our car and put it in my car I didnt have to do any heavy lifting nice...

Alright, if you're one of those peeps that is adverse to exercising, taking care of yourself, being active, and being out in the great outdoors to see the beauty that God has gifted us with, then this means means you are seriously hopeless, and kind of a loser, because this store doesn't sell video games, computers for video games, and junk food so you feed your face while you play video games all day.

In all seriousness, this place has a little bit of everything for the novice who gets out and exercises and does/see things in nature's best. If you want to climb Mount Everest or Kiliminjaro, go to REI, but for the hobbyist, this place is like Goldilocks, meaning juuuuust right for buying gear.

It was my first shopping at big 5 but they have a nice variety pf products to choose from i was very pleased with my excercise equipment i purchased.

After striking out on some soccer gear at a large competitor that shall remain nameless, but ryhms with chicks ;-) Big 5 had a large selection of everything soccer including cleats.
