Absolutely LOVED the very nice woman named Nancy in the outdoor care, she not only helped me by pushing my 2nd basket and helping me load, she she was so knowledgeable about everything I asked about! 10/10 would recommend this store! Nancy was absolutely amazing!

I like the size and ease of parking compared to the smaller stores. Home Depot is hot or miss sometimes.

Had some of the best customer service I've had in a long time at ANY retail store. I asked a guy named Jeff for help and he walked me over to the product and got me a cart to grab it. Then he walked the product over to the register for me to purchase, and never once made it feel like he was doing me a favor. Textbook customer service. If I had been a secret shopper the entire store would've gotten an A. The bathrooms were impeccable and the floors were spotless, and everyone working there was engaged with a customer. I'll never go to another home depot besides this one if I can help it.

The staff went over and beyond with a smile. Very respectful and friendly.

I had a super duper issue to solve with putting a brand new bed together that did not come with all of its parts! A young man started helping me but couldn't find exactly what I needed so he turned me over to a gentleman named Fred! Oh my goodness !!!!! He was retired from the military and had been working with Home Depot for about 22 years. Fred was the sweetest most helpful associate that I had ever encountered at a Home Depot. He took the time to make a piece that would fit my bed so that I could secure my footboard. Fred exemplified what it means to come to work to do your job and to do it well! Home Depot don't let this guy go anytime soon! He makes you guys shine like the new day son!!! Thank you Fred for your help and yes that little thingy that you made for me worked on my bed!!!!!!

I've been using The Home Depot since my first home purchase back in 2008. I'm a loyal customer and always find what I need or get recommendations on where I can go to find what I need. The Home Depot phone app makes it even easier to find things in store!
I'm in the middle of moving in with my fiancé and we had an issue with an online order pick-up over the weekend. Frank went above and beyond to investigate AND resolve our issue. Thank you so much to Frank and Alliyah for your help! We'll definitely be making this our go to store.

Wow. This store provided a Christmas miracle for our family. We had the travel to get to this store but it was worth it. Stephanie the manager and her staff are just so friendly and attentive. We are always working and have a hard time getting what we need when we need it. She went above and beyond to help out this first responder family get the items we needed to have a joyous Christmas. We always miss out because we work the holidays and everything is gone. This year will be different. Thank you to all the staff! Your store is amazing!

The store has got everything you need for home improvement projects. Being a DIYer myself, this is my go place for all supplies. The staff is very helpful in finding where items are located, but it's hit or miss on getting expert advice unless you find the right person for the questions you have. The locker pickup is very convenient for online orders and saves from having to wait in what is usually a long line for returns or customer order pickup. They will help load items in your vehicle if needed. Lumber can also be cut if needed.

Great staff. While taking an outing today I stopped in homedepot. What caught and made me decide to shop there was the vibrant variety of beautiful flowers. If you are wanting to spruce up your yard and get out for a little fresh air, stop at home depot and smell flowers.

I had a very good experience when I went in today. This was the first time I've ever tried to build my own furniture, after not finding what I needed at Ikea. Everyone was so helpful and extra friendly. Keith especially was very accommodating and kind, helped me to find what I needed for a good price when I had lost hope in my little desk project. Thank you so much!

I love The Home Depot. I'm not a handyman but they always have helpful staff on hand and the store is always well-stocked. I also like that they are in most towns and it's not hard to find one near me.

Thank you guys for the great customer service! I had a order pickup today, but expressed concern about going in-store for the pickup due to underlying lung issues and the virus going around. A staff member came outside to check my ID and delivered my order into my truck bed, so I didn't have to come outside. Thanks so much for taking that extra step!

Not very crowded, clean and organized. Went to pick up an online order. Got a text promptly and it was ready to go at customer service. The lady even went out to get a flat cart for me to bring large box out to my vehicle. Very satisfied

Thanks to Keith, Manny, and Robert for helping us load our 6 sheets of drywall tonight! Huge help right at closing time even. Great customer service.

Another day we went to Home Depot to buy a specific toilet. The one we wanted was stored at the top of their racks. Edgar was a huge help and got a special machine to hoist the toilet down right then and there for us, all with a positive attitude. That same night Susana helped us wrap another toilet on sale for just $20! It was out of the box and we were concerned it might break. Susana went above and beyond to get the toilet wrapped so it wouldn't break. This Home Depot has staff who really care and don't hesitate to offer any help they can.

This review is solely for Gail, who works in the appliance department. Gail is a gem and the store is very lucky to have her working for them. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, charismatic, kind, funny, and just an all around awesome person.
