The guys at the UPS store are the most friendly, helpful guys around. I only go to UPS to ship due to the friendliness and service I receive whenever I walk in the door at UPS! I’ve truly never seen better customer service! I wish I could name all of you guys. Marcus all crew You are all the best! Thank you for what you do!!

There is not enough wonderful things that I can say about this UPS Store. The store manager Noe spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me to help troubleshoot my issue. He went above and beyond to make sure he was able to help. I really appreciate the time and energy he used to ensure he was able to get me what I needed. If you need services at a UPS store, this one if worth making a trip for. Thank you again Noe!

When I called the store, Rich answered my questions knowledgeably. When I arrived at the store, Markus confirmed with the UPS driver that they could meet my schedule needs. He was very helpful.

Rich was warm and friendly, especially with me being the first there as the doors opened. Didn’t know the process or how much hassle it was going to be to overnight something to a friend but he made it very quick and easy. Very very helpful!

Best UPS store in Sacramento! Always excellent customer service. When I first walked in to inquire about getting a mailbox, Marcus was there to help me out. He was so friendly, professional, and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Ever since then, I've been coming back to use their mailbox and shipping services, and I'm happy to say that I've been lucky enough to work with Marcus and Rich (another team member) on most occasions. They consistently deliver top-notch customer service, and they are also incredibly fast and efficient, which is a rare find. All in all, I feel lucky to have found this place and to have such great folks to work with.

I never have waited more then a minute for service. All the employees are friendly. Great drop off place. If they are busy, you can use the self scanner.

Just had a great experience with Noe! He saw that I had my hands full with Amazon returns, and offered to help me carry them while I waited in line. When I got to the counter, Noe was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thanks for making my visit so quick and easy!

This was the absolute best experience ever. I am small business owner and was confused about the orders functionality on my site. The representative Noe, was so patient and professional. Noe made sure that my problem was resolved, and that I fully understand before I even left the store. After my husband passed away, I needed to have certain information that was very private scanned and sent to human resources people at his old job. Markus spent an enormous amount of time with me over two days because I forgot some items at home and still had the patience to get it completed for me on the second day. Without his help it would have taken a long time to find one person with that much patience and know how. I appreciated very much that he was a notary and available in the store closest to me in Natomas too. Thank you Markus, very much.

I have been a customer for decades and have been very impressed with this UPS store. They can do anything. Staff is wonderful even when there are crowds . Never have to stand in line for more than a few minutes when it is crowded, like around the holidays. You get more than what you pay for here.

I just wanted to do a review for the staff Marcus. I came in right before closing. I understand staff wants to get home from work and close the shop but Marcus welcomed me and helped me get a package out. He did not rush me, he took his time to make sure my package got sent out. We had a side conversation about our day and he really made me feel comfortable and at ease even though i was having a pretty rough day. I want to acknowledge his customer service and it was high quality service. Very professional. Thank you Marcus for your efforts. I had a great experience at this location. The person who helped me is a great associate, his name is Markus. He is very friendly and helpful, great conversationalist and gets the job done at the same time. If you need any help with packing, shipping, prints, etc. Markus is the guy to come talk to!
