I have Amazon returns pretty frequently and the staff here is always so friendly and patient, even when I do way too many returns at once. Now they have a self-serve Amazon return counter, which is very convenient.

Absolutely the best customer service ever!!!!!! Over the phone you can hear the smile!!!! They will pack your items with great care! I am so happy!!!!!! YAY!!!!!! My items arrived in California in MINT condition!!!!! Thank you ever so much, Rob!!!!!!!!

Always kind personnel, no matter how busy.
I was donating a heavy item to someone in Oregon who did my family a favor. The UPS staff recognized my donation as a kindness, and were extremely kind to me, way beyond what was called for. Guess what...I continue using this as my favorite UPS store, and will pay their generosity forward to the next person who needs it. Thank you!! Charles Tadros

I ship an obscene amount of stuff for work. I usually have the pleasure of working with Robert to get everything shipped. He's always friendly and going above and beyond. Whenever he knows it's important he will do everything to make sure the shipping goes smoothly and on time. While their shipping materials are overpriced, it's the convenience you are paying for, so I completely understand the inflated prices. I do often utilize them packaging up my stuff but I do cringe at knowing I could have done it for a 1/4 of the cost. I will specifically go out of my way to go to this location because I feel comfortable and trust them

Not sure why this place has such low reviews. I’ve always had a positive experience going to this location. In and out in less than 5 mins. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had to make several Amazon returns this morning to the UPS store in Des Peres. The first package was fine, but on the second package there was a mistake on my part as to where it was to be returned. The young lady who assisted me, her name is Amy, not only was professional, knowledgeable & helpful but refreshing kind to me as well. I hadn’t brought my glasses & the return issue required me to enter information up on my tiny little phone and she assisted me doing that & was then very efficient in completing the rest of the return. The store manager stepped in briefly to help & was also very considerate.

The staff is incredible friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their faces. A LOT of other stores, restaurants… should take them as an example of excellent customer service.

Never a problem because I have never been able to use them.

I went in three times to ship packages and had three different reasons why I could not.

1.) They are a retail store
2.) They must pack your items
3.) They could not print the items I needed because
their printers were broken.

A great place if you need to get out of the rain or bad weather, providing they are open.

Been here 100 times. Negative reviews seems to be around UPS themselves. They are locally owned and always take care of me with a smile. I have a Des Peres business and never mind the drive over and appreciate the personal service. Many times they re-wrapped or taped things up for me with no charge.

Marty was AMAZING!! So friendly and helpful towards me and my kiddo. My kid peed all over the floor which could have been a terrible thing in some stores but he was so understanding and did not make either of us feel embrassed at all. Blow away by the amazing customer service he had given us!!

Great location! The people are so nice and efficient. My favorite UPS location in stl! I’ve done so many Amazon returns here and will continue to do so.
