Great pro shop with a wonderful variety of tennis Pickleball and paddle ball equipment. Customer service was outstanding, answered all my questions took time to show me things I was visiting from out of town, even gave me a free T-shirt and a dampener as a gift.

This review is long overdue... I've been going to Racketman for over 15 yrs due to my daughter being heavily involved in tennis. So we have been in there quite frequently over the years and I have never once left disappointed. Jim (the owner) is a great guy and always willing to help with advice on anything and everything tennis related. And the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful as well. It's just a really great place with great inventory and great people. There are very few businesses anymore that truly earn the loyalty of their customers on an ongoing basis... Racketman does.

I had a fit problem with my new Pickleball K Swiss shoes and Jan was able to solve the issue over the phone. She was great to work with.

An excellent tennis store. Knowledgeable and friendly. I recently decided to upgrade from my old Prince racquet and Jim provided three demos, one of which I liked which is a Wilson Clash 108. He guided me to string the main with gut and cross with synthetic, all at 52 Lbs, to be easier on my tender old elbow, and it works great.

Excellent customer service. Always helpful and take the time to see what's best for the customer. We have purchased a racket and shoes, separate visits, both times were very pleased.

Great customer service. They took back a pair of shoes that just did not fit right (I had worn around inside only)- after over a month after purchase. They did not have to do this but they did. They earned a long term customer. Thank you.

Got referred to the place by my tennis coach, and everything went well. They have a large selection of rackets for different players and skill levels, tennis shoes and accessories. They had a rental system which made buying a racket so much easier and fun. All the staff are friendly and truly care. Overall great experience!

The owners truly care about you having a great customer experience. They both go above and beyond. I appreciate the great attention and service every time I shop in the store. Even today on a day they were closed for a holiday, the staff let me (and others) come in to get the gear we needed to play. Nothing but 5 star customer service!!!

Debbie knew exactly how to chose the perfect racket and even provided us with one to try for a week. These folks are service-first oriented. Best place in St. Louis for anything and everything Tennis! I have been shopping at Racketman for nearly 30 years; I got my first tennis racquet from them. Their staff is incredible: extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I get everything I need for tennis from Racketman: racquets, shoes, balls, my racquets restrung, etc. I highly recommend Racketman for anyone who plays tennis or wants to play tennis.

Great customer service, helpful and friendly staff, always eager to help. An excellent place to visit for anyone: from a tennis nut to a casual fan of the sport. I get my racquets strung there and the staff always works with me, asking questions to determine playing style, goals, and then matches string combinations and string weights to compliment hitting style. Since going to the racketman, I feel that I get the benefits of their expertise woven into my racquets all while hitting the courts with a custom string setup to help me play better and ultimately have more FUN!

Talked me into stringing my racket at 45 lbs. I tried it and am striking the ball better than I ever have. They stood behind some shoes I bought there that had issues. Customer for life.
