Such a great help! Jake A set me up with a whole new phone after I lost mine, service was fantastic. Everyone in the store was very friendly, highly recommend this location

This is officially my go to store! Jake B is da bomb! Took care of me front start to finish! I’m not tech savvy at all and quite frankly hate having to upgrade my phone. But, Jake made this super easy as gave me sound advice on getting my 7 year a phone for the first time! This location is solid! Check them out!

Jacob (Jake) is great asset to your company. He has a grasp on everything AT&T has to offer. He helped me last month with purchasing 3 phones and even helped me find the phone he didn't have instock. Jake is really good at what he does and very efficient. Again the other day Jake was quickly able to get me through the process for turning in the old phones. I travel to Jakes store rather than going the one in my own town. Thanks Jake

As a non fluent English speaker, I was hesitant to go in alone to purchase a product. People tend to always be in a rush and not explain everything fully. Jacob was wonderful, patient, and friendly. He went out of his reach to make sure I understood everything and that all the information was correct. I really want to thank him for his kindness and support. It is always a pleasure to get great custom support and meet such nice people.

The workers were very knowledgeable and patient as I asked questions about the iPhone 14 that I purchased. They were friendly and helpful with picking out a case as well as a screen protector and wireless charger. I always have a great experience at that store.

Bibi was very inviting, calm and pleasant. She offered a number of solution which made it easy for me to choose from. I was going to switch but I'll remain at AT&T as long as these two still work there.

I usually don’t right reviews but I got to say I’m impressed by the employee named Ashley. She was able to help me with my entire family’s phone issues with no hold up. She was multitasking and held down the store very well helping others at the same time! She showed me features I never knew my device had and I got the whole family screen protectors at a great price! And to top it off they have a life time warranty, lord knows we need it. That lovely lady had a positive confidentiality in knowing how to manage the AT&T system and I never had to double back because of a billing issue, unlike others I’ve had too. This women deserves a promotion. Never seen such a bright young worker. Bottom line you need to ask for ASHLEY.
