CVS

I can't say enough good about this pharmacy. These guys are understaffed... not their fault, but that doesn't stop the kind folks in the pharmacy from spending as much time as needed with each customer and working tirelessly to get it right. I will go to this Pharmacy over the others in the area (which I have tried) every time. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, professional and knows all the tricks to get you your drugs at the best rate possible.

Had to get my child’s antibiotic fast and had to give it to him before I had to go to work and they went above and beyond to make it work. They told me it wouldn’t be ready and i told them I needed it asap and they were super accommodating to me esp the pharmacist. I know pharmacy’s are short staff and are really trying to work hard in these unfortunate situations so I wanted to point out my good experience. Thank you again for helping me out and getting me the medications fast!

This is by far the best CVS I have ever been too. Staff is amazing. Store is super clean and organized. Great safe parking. This store is huge and has tons of inventory. They have self check out and tons of candy. I really love this store. CVS in general I find if you use the coupons has much better prices than other stores.

The Shelton CVS on Bpt Ave is the best one in the area.

I've been to SEVERAL CVS stores across the nation. This one by far is one of the cleanest, helpful, and organized stores I have entered. Its quite a joy to enter.

I have to edit my review below. This CVS is doing much better. Scripts are now on time. It must have been that it took awhile for the new store to get everything in order.

This CVS pharmacy is HORRIBLE. If you call in a prescription, be prepared to wait. For the last 4 scripts I've called in, the message has said it will be ready later in the day at xx:oo and you will get a call when it's ready. It never is. You can NEVER get someone on the phone. In fact the script is not even available 3-4 days later when you finally walk in to get it. Then you have to wait in the store for them to fill it. I am going to switch to another Walgreen's. I have no idea how this CVS does business.

I must commend the staff working today 5/3/2023, not only working without regular pharmacy staff and 1 Pharmacist juggling phone, consults and filling meds they had great courtesy and customer service including the manager who had other cashiers cross over to help pharmacy. Thank you. The 2 🌟 were for the new computer system
