Sales were good, but the highlight was our cashier Fran. He let us know about even more sales, super friendly, and funny. He made our experience the best honestly. Really made my day. Thank you Fran!!

I really enjoyed shopping at Sephora. The associates were very friendly, especially Ashi. The place had great customer service and a great selection of beauty products. Overall a fantastic experience.

I went today in a desperate plea to find jeans that fit. My favorite pair ripped last night and BOOM, this store had what I needed.
The woman working by the misses section/fitting room around 11:30 on 11/11 was so kind!
And Lynita at the registers was awesome. She did everything she could to find me a coupon or two for my purchase. She also shared in my joy of finding jeans that fit! 🤣
The checkout line was huge but it was steadily moving, nobody was cranky or annoyed. Thank you, Mansfield Kohls!

Kohl's has the best customer service. They educated me about the service and helped me with my Kohl's credit card account many times I will be forever a loyal Kohl's customer! Mansfield is a great town and kohls is a great great place to shop

Went there to return an Amazon package, the young lady was very efficient and friendly. Easy process.

Always has the best prices. Great clearance items too. Don't forget your coupon when you go! Only thing is that they need to sell more plain white running shoes, only 3 options.

I placed an order online. When I got there I just pulled up the app on my phone, put in the store number and picked up my package. Everything was exactly as ordered and the process was really easy.
