************. UPDATE ******************. On 7/2021 I went shopping to update my wardrobe and I immediately noticed a shift in the customer service ! It was so nice to be greeted by a kind voice. Any help I needed was right there for me. They helped me order items online that were not at this location and the manager was just so knowledgeable and friendly at guiding me through my entire shopping experience. All I know is I am now 100% satisfied not only with all the wonderful styles Loft has to offer but the customer service they offered me and other clients there as well. I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars too. Thank you Loft !!!!
