L.L.Bean

L.L. Bean is still my favorite store and this location only strengthens that. This location is large and spacious with an appealing overall interior appearance. There’s so much to choose from it’s very difficult to leave without buying more than you need.

The entire staff and management are Top Teir Excellence that truly work hard and genuinely care for there customers. A rare find in the retail industry! Exceptional place for shopping and services.

A friendly sales member helped with searching inventory for a specific mens cotton jacket. The experience was relaxed and gratifying throughout the inventory search and ordering.

Nancy was very helpful. She was very accommodating seeing my wife was there also shopping at the same time.

I was gifted a poorly fitting pair of slippers for Christmas and did not have the receipt. Not wanting to involve the giver and strip her of the joy, the store employees were happy to use other internal records to validate the purchase and make my exchange a painless procedure. Once again, LL Bean shines through. Love this place. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it!

'll bean is a very cool store. Lots of great outdoor items. The staff is great and knowledgeable. And if you need help you can find people.

Excellent customer service! I’d especially like it thank Chris. I was locked out of my car and he graciously helped me out. Bean gear is excellent too! Just got some new pj flannel pants that are super cozy!

Good selection, very clean bathrooms. Tesla supercharger is near by.

It is LL Bean. Need I say more. Quality clothing and gear for those in the outdoors or for those who aspire to be in the outdoors.

The customer service at the Mansfield location is top notch. I had my granddaughters lunch bag that got a rip in it so I brought it into the store. Peggy originally helped me and she was fantastic. The lunchbag also was monogrammed. Peggy helped me order a new one since they were out of stock in Mansfield. It arrived in 3 days. Very fast shipping. I brought it back in and Carolyn did a wonderful job it came out beautiful. Donna also remembered me from my original purchase. Everyone in the Mansfield location goes above and beyond. They are terrific!! Thankyou!!

I visited this store to pickup some mittens my daughter had ordered. I’m familiar with this store as my family has shopped here for many years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The products are arranged in an attractive way with plenty of room to walk through the displays.
Even though I could have been very efficient and done my errand by going to the checkout area, that would not have been fun! Of course I had to wander around to see what’s new, what’s on sale, etc. I was pleased by many beautiful sweaters and coats that I saw. Knowing myself well, I avoided the shoes and boots as I have so many! Finally, after my thrifty voice became louder than my “spoil yourself “ voice, I went to the checkout center to get the mittens.
The staff is always pleasant and l was on my way in minutes. I always have a good feeling whenever I visit this store.

A "real" store that you can see, touch high quality clothes, the last bastion of made in America and "you will be satisfied, or they'll make it right."
The clothes aren't cheap! Everything is high quality built to last. Which is Awesome! When I buy a shirt there, I know it will look as good a year from now as it did today. Maybe even better.

This store takes pride in what they do. The store is organized men's clothing and woman's separated by a center area that concentrates on whatever sport may be in season. ie
Fishing gear, camping equipment. Home goods, the shoe department is in the back of the store. And Yes, they have an "ON SALE RACKS," in each Department. Beans has quality clothing that start with basics to their own designer apparel. The staff is helpful and knwledgable. And if they do not know the answer they will find the answer. I always enjoy shopping here and leave happy.
